Good waitress.. food took a while. Beer could have been colder

We stopped in for a late lunch. The food was average; our waiter was new and didn't know the menu at all--so our charges were messed up. The mac and cheese had cold grated cheese on top--so my son did not eat it. The pulled pork sandwich and hamburger were ok. My husband's hot dog was not cooked well-it was luke warm. I would not recommend this place unless you can't find anything else. McD's and Culvers are much better.

Went in for food at approximately 8pm tonight and was told the kitchen was closed, yet other patrons had food and requesting more soup. I can't tell you if the food is good as I've never been there to eat before. Truly disappointed...

We ordered prime rib, cooked medium rare. It was so over cooked, it was like chewing on a shoe. Normally we don’t complain but we literally couldn’t eat our dinner. We called and they offered ribeye’s as a replacement because they didn’t have any prime rib left. Okay, fine. At least they offered to try to make it right..... well the ribeyes are raw. We also paid for onions, got them on the first steaks but not on the replacements. Honestly I don’t even expect my steak to be cooked perfectly, just edible. So frustrating!

We usually love hanson their burgers were yes were always good and chicken wings. tonight will be the last time we order for them. The sampler platter was burned, chicken strips and onion rings, the only thing I could eat was the cheapest curd which were cold. The burger was over cooked and the bacon was also burned. Not going there again

Great service. Haven't been here in a few years. The burgers are not as good as they once were. They were also out of Pabst. How does that happen in Wisconsin?

Their corned beef & cabbage was pathetic. I got 4 round slices of carrot!!! When you're running out of food you don't cut the portions you tell people you've run out of food. Never again.

Our wait was 3 hours.The food was not cooked properly to our liking. We was charged for a 3 hour wait.

Arrived here at 12:20 on a Sunday afternoon. There were less than 10 people in the entire restaurant. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and never got it. An hour later 2 of the 3 meals came out. The burgers were completely burned. The fries were cold. When the third meal came out it was supposed to be a shaved prime rib sandwich and it was burnt chunks of meat. The bartender pretty much avoided us the entire time until the food came out. Don’t waste your time coming here
