I ordered a shake. Not only did I not get it, but it took ages for them to even process that I ordered. Plus all the other drinks we ordered were given to us without straws.
Received the wrong food. Not worth the Hassel to call or go back and have it made correctly.

If you go to this mcdonalds expect a few things the food to be cold or stale, if you have a kid make sure you tell them they wont get what they want for a toy because she did not get the adopt me toy instead she got pokemon cards and they did not tell us at all. Fruit flies by the drink machines, nasty restrooms, and employees who are worried about someone liking eachother and gossping over it instead of doing their jobs.

got the gate shut on me while I went to go use the bathroom and the manager refused to raise it back up. she also turned the lobby lights off while a handful of people were still eating, it was barely 10pm. whoever the Asian manager is she needs to get fired.

Do not eat here. Unless you want fruit flies in your drink, cold food, or missing food. Today they upcharged me with the $2.50 deal by ringing it up separately. And they Never wear gloves. Not going back to this Mc. Donald's ever again. Use the other Beloit McDonald's instead.
I was doordashing and had to wait an hour for two drinks. This is ridiculous whoever was working service should be fired. She then told us to pull around again because she forgot the food. She told us to pull up to where she had us for 30 minutes already. When we told her no she then got an attitude and got the manager. The manager was nice and got us the food quickly.

This place is trash. Ordered at the kiosk for done in. Sat for 15 mins and thought I’d go check on my order. It was in a bag on the counter. Didn’t leave a drink cup so just went behind the counter and grabbed my own. My bun was wet and the burger was raw in the middle. Just threw it in the trash and left.

The most rude employees I've EVER encountered anywhere! Sat in drive thru and was completely ignored for 7min. Went inside and watched an employee working with food licking her fingers! I will be calling the health department tomorrow to file a complaint. No, we did not eat here after witnessing the latter.
