The staff was friendly made me feel at ease and comfortable when taking my order. I enjoyed my food it was very delicious. I have to say this place is one of the cleanest ones I’ve been to. Highly recommend and will visit again!
I have been to this qdoba multiple times and every time I have been there I have had excellent service. The portions and speed have been great. I would recommend. Looking forward to my next qdoba reward

Will not EVER be coming back here. We ordered a pickup order and when we got home, realized they forgot the queso dip, one of the bottles of pop was missing and my burrito bowl had no steak in it. My husband called and the manager Julia was SO RUDE. Cutting him off and questioning the validity of our complaint.. then asked us to come in with a receipt and hung up on my husband. I’m sorry YOU inconvenienced US and we had to drive all the way back. When he got to the store she accused us of eating all the steak out of the bowl??! Are you kidding me? She also REFUSED a refund when we didn’t want to deal with it anymore. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Well if you're seeking a job, have all qualifications, have done both interviews, are told to check in on your back ground don't. All that's going to happen is the staff tell you the GM isn't there with no remorse hang up. There is no communication, it's under staffed, no pride taken into plating food for guests, not fast paced, and just generally no care for staffing or quality of food. If you want to waist your time calling to be hung up on about by staff and have a GM that doesn't care enjoy.

This is my favorite place to grab food at in town. The staff are wonderful, the food is well made, and any errors that do happen (and I must stress that they happen very rarely.) are promptly mended. I've also asked some of the cooks to take creative liberties and make me the "best damn burrito ever made" and what came back was the most beautiful, cheese encrusted, behemoth I've ever had the joy of eating. It was enough to make a grown man cry. 10/10.
Former Employee, we should NOT pass any inspections, only do so because owner and inspector are friends. Manager commits timecard fraud by editing everyone's hours lower. No employee has ever seen a single tip. The manager claims them all for herself. DON'T TIP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

This is usually excellent. This particular visit, they piled all the ingredients instead of spreading them out. So, each bite was a different combination of flavors. My thought is that person was a trainee. I will visit again next time I am in town.
