Service has gone down in recent years. Sad to see Sheila transfer. Half of the week, my teas contain sugar, though I specify I want NO sweetener. Now there is a newb who thinks she knows her drinks (but does not) and specifies "teas don't come with sweetener," but I don't care about the logistics, just push the button so you quit giving me sweet tea. I know they have to push a button to remove the liquid cane sugar/classic syrup, both because my husband once worked there and because another employee confirmed it. I've also been drinking the Starbucks tea since before this employee was probably old enough to hold a job. I do not live in Beloit and have to drive back to Beloit multiple times a week, or send my daughter back, because an employee wants to feel right and will not push the button for my request. You lose your tip in the gas money I waste to drive back.Take into consideration that sugar takes a person out of ketosis and people with diabetes can put their life at risk from drinking sugar, so just listen, push the button, and accept the request!To the friendly redheaded fellow in the drive thru, you are the one main benefit to this location! You deserve a raise! Not only do you confirm that there is no sweetener, but you also greet every customer with a friendly attitude, which can be a hard task with Starbucks customers. Thank you for your hard work.

It's a Starbucks. I get the same drink every time I stop, and it's been pretty consistent in flavor at this location, which is great! Sometimes, I forget to ask for pupcups when I bring my dogs with and I've been asked at the window multiple times now if I'd like a pupcup for each of my dogs. I love this because I've been to other locations where I've had employees look rather inconvenienced if I forget to ask while ordering and end up asking at the window.No complaints!

In the past 2 months I have witnessed the culture and atmosphere dissipate from this location. I used to come here multiple times a week for pickup orders. Two separate occasions I have witnessed a manager yell at an employee and even a customer. The wait times are now longer than I’ve ever known since this location has opened. The staff are not as happy to see you or even be at work it seems.

Matcha Tea is disgusting!! It tastes like the earth itself! 2 sips and it was over. I ❤️ to experiment, but no, nope, and NOPE. On the other hand the Staff was super friendly, helpful, and eager to give recommendations. The cups were 50% off and I got 2 really cute ones to add to the collection. My banana bread was also a winner!

The SLOWEST even with mobile pickup. EDIT: came back to the same location about a year later - mobile order took 10 minutes over the estimate, and all of the other people standing and waiting for mobile pickup seemed to be in the same boat.
