The food is generally good, but the employees are rude and unprofessional. I'd also add that if you complain to management, nothing happens. They back their associates even when they are out of line.
Walked in and was immediately very rudely told they were out of bread when it’s 7 pm and they don’t close until 8:30!! When we asked just to clarify the lady was very disrespectful and said “no he’s joking” like we’re idiots. Very lucky my child was with me or I may have not been so nice as to just walk out.

Just went in, no customers in line, and there was a young man and woman who I guess were supposed to be working. The guy was in the middle of making a sandwich but was doing more talking to the girl than making the sandwich. I interrupted them to explain that I was in a hurry, and the guy tells me that it was going to be a long time before he could get to me because he had 2 sandwiches to make first.
