“Sand Creek is an awesome brewery in Black River Falls. While it has been brewing since the 1990s...they took over a brewery that dates back to the 1800s. It is a throw back laid back atmosphere with friendly staff.Their beer is really good. Their Brown ale, Bock, red, stout, old English, are all right upy alley. They have a Porter, golden ale, lager, IPA, a Hefe, as well as a lemon beer and a lime beer. They also brew their own root beer.There is a lot to look at around this place. They are not licensed to sell food but they have pretzels if you need to take the edge off. Don't let that stop you, the beer is worth the stop.”

“I have never written a review for anything, ever! But this place deserves a top review! My husband and I came upon this place by happenstance and we are so glad we did! From the get go we were greeted and treated! Then to top it off, there was a winter storm warning and our little car couldn't make it up the hill, and with in minutes there were two trucks out to help us. I can not say strongly enough how much we appreciated the kindness that was shown to us! We are from Minnesota, but we are feeling the Wisconsin Nice!! ❤️”

“First time visitor to the area , just found the amazing restaurant on the yelp reviews. This place definitely did not disappoint!! The whiskey pub burger was amazing, and all of the salads and chicken wrap was delicious!!! We will definitely be back, also shout out to Theresa , she made us feel very comfortable and her service was excellent. Even as our was take out.”

“Having lived in the southwest for about 10 years I was pretty skeptical about a Mexican restaurant in the middle of Wisconsin, but this place is legit. The food is flavorful and it’s authentic Mexican food. Even though the indoor dining area is small and it look like a takeout place, it rivals some of my favorites in the southwest. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Refried beans are vegan. Lots of vegan meal options.Dietary restrictions: There are a lot of side options available so you can customize your meal. Very accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with ramps indoors.”

“Very good food. We were happy because very few places are open for food on a Sunday afternoon. Their signature bourbon old-fashioned was very good. service was okay. It is cash or debit only. the Jager schnitzel was very good and the porterhouse pork chop was also very good but they have to make it to a certain internal temp, which was More well-done then we prefer. All-in-all, a vary good place.”

“Kayla was amazing with customers. She was very busy hosting, being a server and helping every where else. She always makes sure all of her customers were taken care of. They got their orders, food, drink refills, cleared tables. The place was packed and Kayla was a rock star making sure everyone was taken care of and talked to ”

“First time here, very good experience! Food was hot, fresh, delicious, and good variety for a Buffet. Best one we been to, and trust me, we been to many Chinese Buffets. Price was reasonable, service was good. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!”
