Closed early due to staffing refused to refund my money from a online order than the employee threatened to call the cops on me if I wouldn't leave. I get closing for staff issues but don't let the order go thru or refuse the person their money back. That's theift!!!!
On July 29th at 7pm me and my family went through the drive thru for some ice cream. We decided to drive through the drive thru, because this DQ is notorious for locking their doors and making people walk through the drive thru. The total came up to $15.69. I greeted the worker and their was no response and they snatched the money away. I gave $20.69, expecting $5 in return. Can't make a call for a take out order. Have to use their app. Rude customers walk up to drive up window to place order ahead of cars because dining area is closed. Employees very rude!
