Fish fry had absolutely ZERO taste. Like none it was so bland. Took about 40 min to get food with a half full bar. Two bartenders working but not sure what exactly they were doing very slow. Again numerous seats at the bar available about half the tables full.

We love this place. Phil and Carla renovated a drabby little bar into somewhere with a touch of class. It is welcoming, bartenders are always friendly, and the food is always delish. The specialty pizza is great along with quality drinks. Phil and Carla are super hospitable, and even hosted us for our wedding back in 2019! I'm impressed at all of the updates, and we are excited to spend time in the new pavilion :) The neighborhood friendly activities are always a plus with the Halloween party just happening last weekend that was a hit! LOVE LOVE LOVE. We will always be back.

We attended a Halloween party at LGL which was also a fundraiser for our local sharing center.They had lots of fun activities for both kids and adults like painting pumpkins & shuffleboard!There is also a great outdoor space with a volleyball court, bags & horseshoes which kept the kids busy for hours before the Halloween Costume Parade!The food was delicious & I definitely recommend the Italian Beef Sandwiches.My favorite thing about LGL is how involved the owners are with giving back to the community.They put a great deal of effort into a really fun family event that also benefited our local community.If you’re in the area make sure to stop in for a drink & bite to eat!

One of my best friends and I stopped here one our way home to IL from spending a day in Janesville. Such a great spot with a welcoming, cozy yet lively atmosphere. Service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
