Came for a date with my husband yesterday afternoon. Waitress was very rude and sometimes hard to even find! They were out of a lot of food and drink options. When waiting to pay, waitress was nowhere to be found for almost 15 minutes. For all the options around this location, not worth our money to come back.

Had lunch here a few days ago and it was delicious! Sat up at the bar with my wife and our bartender, Alyssa, provided exceptional service. She was fun, huge personality, great to chat with… I could keep going! She took great care of us and was on top of everything. Carrabbas food is great and so the is the staff! Make sure you ask for Alyssa, she is great and will not disappoint!

Really good food and service. Adam usually is our server and he’s probably the best server I’ve ever had. He’s just really attentive and nice, always on top of everything and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does.
We had an excellent experience at Carrabba’s in Brookfield! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and nice on a Monday night. The highlight of our visit, though, was the service. Our waitress’s name was Aracely and she went above and beyond to provide excellent service for us! She was so kind and helpful! We would go back just to have her again!!

Nick, who waited on us was fast, efficient, and polite, there was quite a few of us at our table and our food was hot and great tasting.Kid-friendliness: We had a few children with our group, they were satisfied with the dishes they had.
Great family restuarant. However, the portions on some items should be much more for the prices that are charged.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant has some good salads. The portions could be bigger for what is being charged.
