I've been to Champps many times and I order take-out frequently. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and I've enjoyed everything I've tried. I've always received top-notch customer service as well.Tonight I ordered take-out and on my way to pick it up, I was involved in a minor traffic accident. I called back to let the hostess know I would be delayed picking up my order. I didn't want Champps to think I was a no-show or have it impact my ability to order takeout there...read full review
