“Tofte’s Table is hands-down the best date night restaurant in Waukesha. The food is always delicious. This time, we had the braised short ribs, scallops, mushroom risotto, and maple bacon Brussels sprouts. Seriously delicious. The staff was engaging and provided excellent recommendations for wine pairings. 10/10 recommend Tofte’s Table! We will be back soon!“

“This was our first time eating at the Rainbow ? Restaurant. My husband and I moved to waukesha a couple years ago and we were searching for a ma & pa style place that was close to us, to eat. I believe we hit the jack pot. The staff is friendly and not afraid to talk with you. The prices are decent but mostly the food is done right. Fluffy eggs, NOT burned. You should give it a try. “The Tuesday & Thursday night line dance class is really fun. Grown and sexy crowd, no rowdiness at all. The step team who hosts Tuesday and Thursday nights are really dope and some take extra time to help you learn on a 1:1 type style. Bar tenders are always nice and helpful and they make grown up drinks! Lol none of those watered down overpriced mixers. Real drinks!“
“This is for the Vliet Street location. I have hit up this place about 5 or 6 times over the last few (winter) months. I absolutely love the variety of soups. I will generally pick up a bowl and 1/2 sandwich for lunch and get a quart of something different to take with me. The food is delicious, well prepared and filling. I never thought I would say that soup was filling but it works for me. Need a cozy comforting lunch? Hit up The Soup Market.“
“The 4 patty build-yer-own Angus burger with American cheese slices in the middle of each patty was unbelievably amazing. Very juicy with just the perfect amount of grease oozing.It was so good, I ordered another one 20 min later.Kaitlan, our server, did a fantastic job with our party of 4.Milwaukee water was clear and refreshing.We got done eating and went straight to Saz's circle bar and had a few more rounds.Looking forward to another visit to Saz's State House“
“Fish fry was so good. Nachos are crazy good and you get a ton. Ciara was our server and was awesome. Their was a mistake with my in-laws order and the food came out late. But they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make up for it. They gave him extra, covered a round of drinks, and took some off our bill. Very positive experience.“
“I haven’t ordered from Meyer’s in quite a while, but I’m so glad I did today….. we ordered takeout lunch. I had the baked cod dinner with parsley boiled potatoes, and my husband had the fried cod dinner with potato pancakes. (they give 2!) comes with coleslaw and rye bread. The fish, both baked and fried was one of the best fish frys we’ve had in a long time! Meyer’s restaurant will definitely be my go to for Friday fish frys!“
“I was concerned about how one could "dress up" macaroni and cheese.....Mac's did it fantastically! I actually ordered 3 different skillets/plates because I could not make my mind up. The original mac and cheese was very creamy and tasted pretty good. I enjoyed the toasted cheese on top.The second dish was the Buffalo Mac and Cheese. It came with a celery stick and a little toasted bread slice. I really could have used a few more celery sticks as one was definitely not enough. The crumbled blue cheese was a nice flavor touch, though a dressing would have been nice to cute the spicyness of the sauce. The Buffalo chicken was a nice add-in to the Mac and cheese. Again, spicy Buffalo chicken, which was wonderful.The third skillet was the Carnitas Mac and Cheese. This skillet was awesome! The different ingredients did not make if feel like a Mac and cheese add-on topping, but a wonderful dish! I loved the black beans and corn with the tortilla chips sprinkled on top. The seasoned shredded pork was seasoned very nicely. I actually did not finish all the dishes because I was eating too much, but the Carnitas Mac and Cheese was the one I wanted to bring home as a leftover. That was the overall winner of the three!The associate, Josh, who took our order, was very personable and pleasant. His smile definitely made me feel like I was not bothering him when I went back to order dessert...the chocolate cake. When we go back in the future, it would be nice to have Josh serve us again.Very pleased with our overall experience.“
