I love Reubens so I came for lunch. It is damn near perfect so I’ll definitely be coming back to try others. And that again.Request to corporate: keep the Reuben on the menu please

Been going here for a bowl without issue but today we get a Turkey sub and a club sub - the Turkey had brown lettuce and the club was on stale bread - so dry it was flaking apart. Next time thinking twice about going.

Ordered two 7" ham & cheese subs. One of them was to be light on the mayo and with tomatoes. It had neither. Also, the fellow preparing the order can't seem to cut the 15" bread into approximate halves.I left a $5 tip not realizing how sloppy the order was executed. Never again.This is not the first time the order was screwed up. But, it will be the last.

12-23-22 at 430pm waiting for order whole chicken cheese steak and two large frys and the youth boys didn't tell me my order was ready I was there waiting and looked up and seen my food on the counter and they were in the back room and peaking around the corner to see if I would notice that my order was ready poor service again at this place food was not good at all and the frys need to be cooked longer to soggy and seem like like the sub have less veggies and chicken then I usually get. Never this cousins again lost my business. Oconomowoc cousin is the best by far .

The last 3 times I have been in there the guy working with the beard and deep voice (that carries through the restaurant) has been complaining or flat out disrespectfully talking about customers or other coworkers. What’s worse is I believe he said he was the manager! Maybe the last person wasn’t nice, maybe you’re busy, maybe it’s a combination. Do all of the people that come in need to be told how bad your job is? Get a different one if it’s that terrible.
Never had a bad experience here. Always great service and food is always great. Love the freshness of everything!! Especially love the broccoli cheese soup!!

I drove nearly 30 minutes to this location as apparently the order I placed at a different Cousin subs somehow got placed to this location. When I arrived the food I had ordered was just sitting there on a shelf. It wasn't under any type of heat lamp or anything and once I made the trip all the way back home both items I ordered were cold and my sandwich had been made incorrectly even though I specifically said exactly what I wanted in the app. This is happened before on multiple occasions and I am not happy with Cousin's service at all.
