I come to this crumbl at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a “hello, welcome to crumbl!” Recently I went to a different location in Milwaukee and was disappointed I didn’t get the same welcome. I’ve come to really enjoy it. They always have multiple employees working and are VERY quick to get orders out. Even if they have to frost and top cookies, I’ve only waited a max of 5 mins for my order. The store spotless and you can tell each employee cares about their work. I have seen other locations online make terrible cookies that don’t look like the pictures. This location ALWAYS has their cookies coming out BETTER than the pictures advertised. I’ll keep coming back to enjoy the new flavors every week. And a huge thanks to the staff for always being on top of it!
