Same issues as everyone else. There was an issue with the order and when you call to try to get help no one else picks up....rings and rings...then call drops...useless to have a phone number...Customer Service Score -10

Do not order delivery from here. I asked for the delivery for 6:30 for our student ministry. The delivery driver showed up 5 mins early, I was just getting out of church because I was playing music, and they didn’t even call me. Apparently they talked to someone else and then left because we “weren’t ready”. I texted and they said they were doing another delivery and would I be back. I said I needed them to come, the delivery was supposed to be 6:30. They finally came back at 7:05. I had 50 hungry high schoolers waiting for a half hour without pizza.

Typical great Dominos. Been coming here for three years fog small orders and party orders. I always use the app and also called to change order. They're always helpful.

Poorly managed. Pizzas never showed up for an event when promised. A more humbled and accountable explanation would have been better.

Ordered at 5:21, said it was being inspected at 5:36. It is now 6:38 and it still hasn't left the store. When I call the store I get an automated message saying that my order is awaiting a driver. When I ask to talk to the manager it just rings for 2 minutes and then hangs up on me.This location used to be great, we ordered from there all the time. This last year they have really gone down hill, not sure what is going on but we probably won't order from there anymore. It is too bad since it is the only place that delivers to our house.

Ordered, never arrived. Called 5 times, nobody answers. Submitted complaint on website saying that I never received my order and it still doesn't say delivered And they offered me one free pizza... But my order was for more than one pizza so I'd like a refund but there's no way to do that on their stupid website or by calling the store since they don't answer the phone.

Order my pizza 45 minutes before I arrived waited 45 minutes after I arrived and was lied to 3x. Once by the general manager. Do not come here it's a joke!!

Ignoring your phone is such a great way to keep customers and gain new ones.....I hope nobody ever has a bad pie or something messed up because YOU WON'T GET A HOLD OF THE STOREPathetic....

Absolutely a terrible Dominos location. I'll never order from them again. Placed order on line for delivery. 50 minutes later no pizza. So I attempted to call the store 6 times. Phone rings and rings then disconnected. So I drove 3 minutes to pick up my order. There were 5 employees standing around I asked them why no one's answering the phone? No response. Where's my pizza? Did you want it delivered, yes. Here it is, it was cold and upon leaving the employees must have found it to be funny because they were all laughing. Dominos you have a problem.

Despite the negative reviews, I gave this Domino's a try since it was the one nearest my home and other locations also had mixed reviews. Haven't ordered from a Domino's in probably 20 years but wanted to take advantage of the 50% deal this weekend.I placed the order online at 10:45 a.m. (they open at 10:30). Scheduled pickup at 11:45 a.m. It was ready when we arrived a few minutes after the pickup time. There was only one young man working -- making all the pizzas and manning the register. I give him credit for doing what must've been a difficult job on a day when they were likely swamped because of the 50% off deal.The pizza was very good, just as I remember it being all those years ago. We'll give this Domino's another try. It seems many of the problems relate to delivery, and that could be due to a shortage of drivers. I'm just glad that my experience was very positive.

I odered from here for my staff as its right up the road. And hour passed and i tried calling the store 4 times. As the travker showed nothing. So i went down to the store to see if was ready i was just gonna pick it up. And it was sitting there PREPPED AND READY TO GO INTO THE OVEN. lord only knows how long it was sitting there getting warm and gross. I asked the staff to remake it and cook it and i will just wait on it. I was told "youll have to cancel the delivery and place a new order. Why couldnt she have just done it while i was standing there is beyond me. Another hour passed and still nothing. So this makes two hours now that we were waiting on lunch. Phones werent being answered. By the time the pizza got there it was Not only cold but Undercooked. SO if anyone gets sick after ordering from here. This is probably why. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ThiS STORE AGAIN. I WILL STICK TO MY NORMAL DOMINOES. ON FORREST HOME. Also i couldnt send a complaint or get my tip back. Very angry dominoes.

It's Domino's may be good, may be bad, order could be right, order could be wrong none the less when in a pinch with three kids Domino's it is.
