Ordered a Belgian Waffle, extra burnt. It was not. Had to wait for another. Ordered a large orange juice with my meal. Had to remind the waitress after my food was almost eaten. The bacon was cold and not crispy. The fat wasn't cooked on the ends. The First Watch in Mequon is much better than the Brookfield one.
This location is far too small. We showed up for Sunday morning breakfast and the entry was crowded. We had no clue who was waiting, who had reservations, who was picking up food. A few groups walked in after us and just walked up to the host without care that we were waiting first. The host didn’t try to take us first or even acknowledge us. We had no clue what was going on so we just left and went to cafe Hollanders. Bad experience.

I've been to First Watch a few times, and I'm always very impressed at how nice their staff is to customers. My go to meal is the half salad and sandwich. They have a very good Cobb salad, fresh tasting ingredients. I also like how you can join the waitlist online.

This location is the best. I visit frequently and it beats all breakfast/brunch in lake country area. Always the best breakfast in my opinion. Not greasy or leaving you feeling gross/stuffed. The market fresh veggie omelette is always my go-to. Always super fast, always friendly, always hot- always consistent. Never have I waited for my food for more than an acceptable amount of time, even when they appear super busy. Im a restaurant snob and this Brookfield location never disappoints. Plus, to my surprise today, they now offer bloody marys! How could it possibly get any better??? Well, it did! One of my favorite restaurants, even though its a chain, its superb. Great job, First Watch Brookfield.Vegetarian options: THE MARKET FRESH VEGGIE OMELETTE is the best omelette i think i have ever had. So. Much. Flavor. Always.
