I usually feel uncomfortable asking for extra toppings but the employees made me feel like it wasn’t a hassle. Shout out to the crew who worked on 4/8 around 7pm. Keep it up!

Can I give a 10.. lol but seriously this is my 3rd time here as I travel for work and not from the area.. the employees energy in this place is unmatched. I walk out smiling even if I had the worse day! I’ll start coming here just because I had a bad day because they will indeed put a smile on my face. For reference I normally come in the evening/night before it was around 9pm today I came at 630 this the same great energy and greeting. Great souls in this place!

This was our first visit to Jersey Mike's and as others have said, I truly can't believe how kind and friendly everyone was working here! All the employees were energetic, friendly, upbeat and just seemed so happy. It was amazing to see! And the sub was fantastic- I had the buffalo chicken sub with quite a few modifications and everything was done right and it tasted amazing. We will definitely be back!

The absolute kindest and most attentive staff. They greet you when you walk in and are so efficient in getting orders taken even when there is a line. I am pregnant but keep craving their sandwiches. They go above and beyond to grill the deli meat for me so it is safe to eat. So incredibly kind. Highly recommend this location!!

Very friendly staff, meal well prepared, clean restaurant. Not sure how the staff didn't know where Cincinnati is, but other than no cheddar Sun Chips, everything was perfect.

Long story short: my experience here before work was beyond amazing!Long story: I was pulled over yesterday for my headlight being out (it must've just happened, cause I never saw it before).I get it fixed tomorrow, but since I work 3rd shift, I decided to head to work way early (before sundown) to avoid being pulled over again.Well, as I was in the area I decided to go to the Jersey Mike's that was near where I work (basically right accross the street). It's been a long time since I've been, but that's only because I work 11pm-7am and never get a chance to go.So I went in a little before 9pm and apologized for being so late (working 3rd shift I'm used to getting to places almost at the last second and therefore apologizing), but the guys working there made me feel welcomed by coming in so late; I was honestly shocked! (in a good way)I guess they had just re-opened up, and whoever is in charge of the new ownership must be amazing, cause not only was that the best service I've ever had (not only at a Jersey Mike's, but also any restraunt I've been to that is near closing time) but also, they were authentic and had good vibes about themHope to stop by soon again :)
