2/13/2024 I finally decided to give Jet's pizza a try. I've heard so much about it. Atmosphere: Small cubby hole of a place, nothing to smile about.Pizza: I got the lunch special with 2 one topping slices and a drink, and I also ordered chicken wings. The pizzas were 2 good slices. I'll give it that. The bite of the pizza had no depth to it. Felt like more dough than topping. Thin layer of cheese and too much dough and air in between. But they do say it's Detroit style pizza.The wings were charred/burned. I figured the chicken wasn't turned halfway through the cycle. All I could taste was burned chicken and ranch. It's not a good experience. My initial taste of pizza would be 3.7 out of 10. Basic taste. Nothing that stood out. Burnt wings 1 out of 10. Food is cooked fresh and to order for what I've seen but it wasn't executed well this.

Over an hour late, cold pizza

Customer service is the worst. I would have given have a 0 if i had an option.My online order never got delivered and the store was not responding to the calls during the operational hours mentioned on their website.

Never go here. And NEVER try and get it delivered. It will be HOURS late. And I mean hours!
The personnel behind the counter show no enthusiasm for their job. As the pizza comes out of the oven and sits at the exit station, the person unloading the oven is in the back room on the phone for 5 minutes. The food preparation area was dirty. The pizza was cold after I checked its condition after leaving the store. I have had better service in the past. If this is the norm, it is time to look for another pizza vendor.

Ordered my usual pepperoni and jalapeño hand tossed pizza for delivery and the driver Holden was awesome. He came in a timely manner and was so friendly!
