I went ahead and placed the order for delivery at 2:55pm. I left my number for someone to call me if there’s any problems with my order. I noticed that my food still wasn’t delivered so I decided to call the store and see what the problem. Cancel my order and I could try back tomorrow. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. The service was terrible and no one called me about any issues which my number was there for them to do so. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for my money to hit back in my bank account.

Placed an online order to be ready at 1145am, got an alert that the order was ready to be picked up at 1215pm, went inside and they had not even started making the order during lunch time. Order was not ready until 1230pm, 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Why would they tell me the order is ready when they had not even started making it. So much for freaky fast.

21 mins from the time I ordered to the moment my order arrived! I would say that's fast!!!! I love this location. I order lunch frequently while working and the food is always best quality and fast! Thank you Jimmy John's!!

Anytime I order it takes over an hour. Today I decided to order at 8am and make the delivery time for 10:45am because of a time constraint I have. It is 11am and its not even out for delivery.

Freaky slow. Ordered lunch 2 days in a row and it took over 1hr for my food to be delivered. This is ridiculous. I only have so long to take lunch during the work day. I will not be ordering from this location moving forward.

Ordered just a few blocks away - after an hour, called & they said it was on the way. Another half hour later, still did not show up. Ended up having to cancel my order. Might want to change the moto.. I would not order here if you are expecting to get your food timely.

Holy heck. Me and my sister went here and tried to order. The dude behind the counter was rude beyond belief. We wanted to confirm our order, dude said “you’re big girls, you don’t know how to order?” When we expressed our disbelief and anger, dude started cussing, calling us super rude and explicit things. I’m not exaggerating when I say he literally went crazy. Even the manager couldn’t control this employee. We left shaking and my sister even cried. If this is the service JJ Brookfield gives, then I’m scared for future customers. On a good note, the manager was nice about it, and tried to be apologetic for his employees behavior.

I am a former employee of the Brookfield location of Jimmy John's. This location was a terrible company to work for! They withheld my last paycheck saying they would send it priority Mail and I have yet to receive it after 8 days! I also spoke with their corporate manager Chad who explained to me that they will not be paying me my back pay due to a mix up with payroll! The kitchen at the Brookfield location is filthy! I strongly urge people who read this not to eat at this location. I am a former chef with the sanitation degree and I was appalled at how filthy their kitchen was! I will be hiring an attorney to sue for back pay. Jimmy John's is a terrible corporation to work for!

I completely understand that there's not enough workforce, but this store continuously has freaky slow delivery...like 45-60 minutes late. While I understand drivers don't show up...you need better customer service to call people and let them know. I would've even gone to pick-up. Even ordering online and picking a time still doesn't guarantee good delivery time. Terrible when you call to follow-up and the person indicates there's no way for them to track when the delivery will be made only that it is out for delivery. A sorry and have a nice day comment = a screw you. Well, you just lost another customer. How about that?

I ordered for curbside, it was ready within 10 minutes and they brought it out immediately when I got there. I was surprised they didn't have a designated parking area for "curbside" pickup. But otherwise, awesome!!!!
