Went to get a sub through the drive through, saw employees in the building and no other customers. Never had anyone greet me at the speaker, and when I drove off I saw 4 employees standing and talking to each other. This JJ’s is always kind of on the slower side. But being ignored and then seeing people just standing around kind of sucks. I gave it two stars because I do really enjoy the subs but the service is just not there.

The general manager was very rude and disrespectful she talk to employees andCustomers like we are trash the food was ok but they messed up my order 5 times till they got it right some of the employees had a very nasty disrespectful way with them In my opinion whether you are the general manager or an employee you should talk to your customers with the utmost respect whether they are wrong or right I've worked in a restaurant business for 12 years and in that time I treated the customers with the utmost importance and respect and try to de-escalate any situation in this place at that particular Jimmy John's they were very rude and disrespectful instead of trying to solve a problem they would belittle you to the point it would make you angry food was great but the employees were not respectful I'll say it once more if you're going to be a general manager or an employee you should respect the customers where they are wrong or right instead of trying to belittle them.

I am very disappointed that they could not pull up my rewards to get a discount. It is still on my phone. Also, for New Years, I spent $75 for a box of mix subs, and they would not let my daughter use my phone number to get a reward discount. I think they need to be more professional and accommodating to seniors. The times are very trying now.

I work right next door in 45 minutes to get a order when there's nobody in the Drive-Thru and the place is empty and the subs basically have hardly anything on them and they forgot a bag of potato chips. This is a big rip-off for over $30 and I will never return again.... and someone from Jimmy John's called me and told me that my next meal was free but when I called the order I got a very negative attitude from the worker that supposedly did my order last time and heard about it. I did not complete my order. I tried calling the hiring manager back that left me the message but of course she did not answer. Jimmy John's is not the way to do business. Now guess it's time to go to consumer protection. I'm done being scared for big money with little / poor product. And last night on febuary 20th I went to Jersey Mike's. OMG there was so much more on the sub sandwich it was unbelievable. When I am told by a hiring manager that they're going to redo my order and make it right and then when I call there and the person that made the order originally blows up at me I have a serious problem with that. My best advice is stay away from Jimmy John's on Capitol Drive

Staff is always trying to make the place look closed. Chairs on tables. Open sign off. Not greeting at the drive thru. Ridiculous. Such a creepy experience.Go somewhere else.
When you order through the drive through and at the window have to wait an extra ten minutes because they are finishing orders placed after you. Then the following day you order, and at the window, the person taking the order walks away leaving you and another co worker has to give you the sandwich. Fire her! Her name is Jaden. Get somebody that wants to work there! This is the very definition of one star service!

Don’t do delivery! Ordered food over 2 hours ago, I live less than 10 mins away. Called and kindly asked for an update as the app had said out for delivery for an hour. Was told it’s still out for delivery and to just wait, but she didn’t even ask for my name to check. Then the app said the food was delivered, which it wasn’t. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called back and was hung up on right away. Terrible service.

This location is trash. Every time I've been here it takes them 20 minutes to get me the online order I placed. Wrong sandwiches, sloppy service and 12 employees talking behind the counter while customers are clearly agitated. Get your show together!
