I had the soup and salad with ice tea as a beverage. I love the salad and I had 2 different soups and they both were delicious. My server kept all the food coming and refilled my tea without asking. I highly recommend this Olive Garden!

Service was slow. They messed up our bill. Took forever to fix. 3 hostesses? Why? I asked for a manager to fix the bill. Never came around. It was not busy or under staffed.

Our Waitress Kathryn made our dining experience very memorable. One of the nicest and most clever waitresses in recent memory. She is a treasure!

Very friendly server, and delicious food. We had a group of 4, and the server returned regularly to take care of each of our needs.

We haven't been here for a few years and my wife wanted to try it for her birthday. The interior is all remodeled, new furniture, decor, etc. from the last time we visited. It was 5:30PM on a Sunday and we were seated immediately. The waitress was prompt and courteous, the food was delivered quickly, and everyone liked their food. Everyone knows it's not freshly prepared or authentic Italian food, that's not what we expected. My wife was given her choice of anything on the dessert menu for free which was very nice. My only complaint was the price; like every restaurant these days it's not cheap. For 1 chicken entree, 3 fettuccini alfredo plates, and 1 kids meal it was about $110. A plate of fettuccini alfredo alone is $16, plus $4.25 for a soda, etc.Kid-friendliness: There were many families with children dining on a Sunday night, it wasn't crazy loud but it's not fine dining either, definitely bring the kids along and definitely don't expect to have a quiet meal with only adults around you.

My visit was tonight on a Sunday, during a non-busy time. There was zero wait time. This was my first visit at the Brookfield location, and probably our last visit there. I asked the host, if he could let our server know that we were celebrating a birthday today. Once we were seated, it took awhile to get drinks. And all drinks were served, except my alcoholic beverage. Then we got the soup, no bread, no bread plates. I asked about the bread, and our server Danielle told us that they just put some bread in, and she would bring it out once it was ready. I felt like my simple request bothered out server. I finally got my drink, still no bread. Then later we got our bread, by that time we all wanted a 2nd round of soup. We asked for more soup, which also took a long time. Then our food came after awhile. The food wasn’t the usual piping hot dish that we were used to. Still no bread plates. Then we finally got our 2nd helping of the soup that we requested. At the end of our meal, our server never acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday. We never received any mints either. At that point we just wanted to pay and leave. We helped ourself to their self check out kiosk on the table. For the higher prices that we are paying these days, we should expect good service. This was not a great visit, like the one that we were anticipating.

Started bad minute we walked in. Two host and two managers and nit ine gave us attention from thier conversations they were having. Not a welcoming greeting. Then we get to table and we don't even get to look at menu or sit before we were asked what we wanted to drink. I was meeting ny daughter for her birthday dinner. Our server Christy rushed us the whole way. Then when food came she never checked back to notice ny food was not cooked as asked and ny daughter and husband were already done eating by time server came and asked for boxed and I said umm my food is soggy and not Christy the way I had asked when ordered. Thinking about if I will eve b return. This is 3rd vist were service is just not there. .
