The food arrived quickly but was still somehow cold. There was a missing item and the rest of the order was wrong. I might biased at this point but there are probably frozen pizzas more affordable and better tasting.

They had ok rating a on Grub Hub but those must be lies. Cardboard crust, my meat ball dunkers were just chopped up sausage, my fries were practically raw, and they didn’t even put all the toppings on their “specialty pizza”. Very disappointing!

Worst pizza ever. We ordered online through DoorDash did not know it was Chuck E. Cheese got a cheese pizza with pineapple on it when we ordered a pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese and two cheese breads tried to contact DoorDash and never got any response said they could not refund our money

Worst pizza I’ve had in a while. Advertise under “Pasqually’s”, but really just a Chuck E. Cheese. Food was promised in under an hour. Took almost 2. When called to complain, staff said it is all DoorDash’s fault. Didn’t get sauces or napkins. Would call and discuss with the manager, but told several times “there is nothing we can do”. Will just resolve it with the bank

Just placed my first order for what I thought was a new pizza shop. Delivery was left on the porch. No door knock no phone call, I peeked out the door in anticipation of my delivery and it was sitting on the floor. So I take it in to my family, the pizza is cold and my large boneless wing order has a total of 7 bites in it, site claims 14+. I call the number and I get someone at chuckee cheese, my heart sunk a bit..... Sir we can't help you with any online orders take it up with them.... you are them...... do yourself a favor and grab a box of frozen pizza over this tragedy.

placed an order online yesterday (3/6). order was delivered through doordash no biggie, but half the order was missing, called the store to inform them, and was told because they are a partner with Pasquallys they couldn't refund me for the missing portion, and they couldn't send a delivery driver to deliver the missing portion, so my only recourse was to drive to pick up the wings that weren't delivered. terrible customer service, arrived to pick up the wings and had to wait an additional 10 minutes after a 15 minute drive to get there. looks like the search for a reliable pizza and wings place continues, won't be going through that headache again. paid for delivery and had to go pick up anyway

Ordered some wings supposedly it's by weight and then tells you how much each weight will include so I ordered the size that said 13 to 16 wings for 23.59 instead they sent barely 8 as 2 of them were practically a sliver of chicken on bone so upset to have paid that much for hardly nothing and they weren't even that good, never will order here again was hoping something new would be good my mistake

This place is a scam. It’s actually a Chuck E Cheese. Ordered delivery off of the website thinking it was a legit pizza place. Good gets delivered via DoorDash. It was missing half the order, no sauce on the wings and no lids on the dressing that spilled all over the food. Called the number and get a Chuck E. Cheese recording. Speak to a manager who refuses to refund my money and tells me I have to go through DoorDash who also won’t refund my money and tells me I have to go back to the restaurant. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
