The details states that they deliver till midnight. Placed an order and received a call from the store. The person said that they do not have any drivers after 8 pm. Then why advertise as if they deliver till midnight? Not good. Not good at all...

We have ordered from this location before with no problems. We ordered tonight because my son wanted the garlic knot pizza. What a disaster. We will never order from here again. Crust was undercooked so we couldn't even eat the garlic knots and then to top it off the brownies were burnt. Who ever is managing this location better get their act together. I will drive to another Pizza Hut next time even if it is further away.

I made an online order to this Pizza Hut. I didn't know that they were closing early, and after my pizza didn't come for an hour I called them. The man that was working told me that he canceled my order an hour ago and tried calling me to tell me that he canceled it, but I didn't get one phone call. he was very rude to me and didn't answer any of the questions that I asked. I tried asking him if I would get my money back and he said he didn't know and hung up. I called a different Pizza Hut that was open and they were very polite and answered all my questions. if I could I would give this Pizza Hut zero stars.

Just picked up two pizzas for carry out. Both very under cooked. Called the store and manager and got zero help. Won't go back. Awful.

I usually order from Pizza Hut in Brookfield for my family. I haven't had any problems until today. I placed an order online, selected a special deal pizza, but I didn't realize that the pizza was for carryout only. When I called to ask them to change the carryout to delivery, I was told by the guy I spoke to on the phone that there is a $13 and some change difference. When I ask why there is a difference, first he said that he could not explain it. However, when I asked for the price of the individual items I ordered, he told me that the pizza has an added $10 (from $7.99 to $17.99). I told him to just cancel the order, and he hung up on me before I could say that I will just reorder to replace the pizza. I was not done talking to him when he hang up. So, I called back and I got a lady on the phone and she told me that because I said to cancel it means to cancel the order and the call is done, so they hang up. That was very unprofessional and rude. I see now why Brookfield Pizza Hut only has 3 stars. I wish I don't have to put a star. They don't deserve a star at all.

We went in at noon, when the place was dead, and it not only took them 5 minutes to get to the register, as we started ordering they told us that they hadn't made anything. No hotdogs, no pizza, nothing but slushies and marinara sauce. So we were basically told no. They didn't even offer to make it for us, just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Don't even waste your time. I'm not even sure why they are open.

Ordered online for delivery at 11:20. At 11:50 I receive a call that "we don't have a delivery driver till 3 and can we push back your order." Nope. Was for lunch and now have to try and order from somewhere else at noon. Crappy service. Order should have been inquired on sooner. Restaurant should be sufficiently staffed, or remove the delivery option from the online order process. On a positive, I received my refund immediately.

So, placed an order for 12 pizzas for our employees to show appreciation for their hard work. Delivery was scheduled for 1045am, after delivery did not show up on time we called the location and were told they had no delivery drivers available and that our order was cancelled. Spoke to Jose (who claimed that he was not only the Manager but the District Manager) who was absolutely no help at all. Now I have 50 hungry people and no pizza. What a waste of time! Will not be ordering again, looks like Toppers will get our hard-earned money! SAD!

I did online order and went in 20 mins to pickup. They asked me to wait. I waited almost 30 mins to get my pizza. Finally got my pizza and that was frozen cold. Looks like the made pizza and nobody to look the order and give it to me. So it became cold before reaching my hand. Frustrating experience.
