Food and service is fast and friendly. Like coming here on my lunch break. They get the order right each time and never have had anything that wasn't delicious.

We really like going to this bar. There usually are friendly bartenders and waitresses. The food is very good, especially the fried chicken, not served every day, and the pizza. They also have a very good rewards program.

it took forever to be seated even though a table with 6 places became available, instead of seating my party of four and the couple at the same table they sat the couple down and they sat in the middle of the 6 available seats??♂️??♂️??♂️i think when ur as popular as "Sluggo's obviously is; the staff should seat the patrons.......Parking: The only other knock against Sluggo's would be the lack of handicap or wheelchair accessibility(?)?

We went their for the first time and felt very unwelcomed! The first two seats we tried to sit at, a woman said that they were reserved. The bartender wasn't very friendly by the time he finally came to take our drink order. It was very obvious that this was a local hangout and if you weren't known, you almost felt not welcome because when someone else walked in, they got a happy welcoming! We felt out of place and will never come back!!

The BEST part of our visits is the exemplary customer service. The WELCOME door mat, the warmest ever. Aside from the delicious soups, pot roast and fish frys', it's folks like the ever loyal and longtime server, Dana, Lindsey, Tricia, Christina, Darcy, Tanya and then there's the funny, and patient gentleman greeter who coordinates and makes sure that the people flow is smooth and effortless. These folks are valuable assets to the Sluggo's dining room table and the community that chooses to gather here on a weekly basis.Vegetarian options: Salads with or without your choices of grilled meats.Parking: Plenty of parking behind the main building, and to the sides to include the area by the main entrance, furthermore easy access to two handicap spaces.Kid-friendliness: When my family visits from Texas, we often break bread here with the family to include our young grandchildren during the flexible dinner hours. The Sluggo ladies warmly welcome all youngsters who they gladly spoil as their own.
Busy Friday nite. Waitress walked past us a dozen times after saying would be right with us. Not even a chance to get a drink order to hold us over. Gentleman seating people finally got us started with beverages 30 minutes later.

For a Monday, the place was bustling but, surprisingly, not overcrowded. Most times when we come in, there might be just one available table. Last night we had our pick of a few spots. The food was very good, as usual, and the service was as well. Another very good experience at Sluggo's.
