If I could give no star, I would!! Such a very rude Barista, didn’t even have handed cups, so she used Venti cups and didn’t even fill it half way, stating that’s how much a grande would be. No, that is not true. Then she was using her nails to tap around the whole counter like she waiting for something when really, she should be working on our drinks. Me and my family went to Starbucks and they didn't service us. They told us they were close but they took 2 other order in front of us and they just had walk in. Get it together Starbucks

I've been to this starbucks 3 times now. The first 2 times I was ignored by the employee while she chatted with her friend for several minutes before acknowledging me. This most recent visit there was no barista at all. I stood around for several minutes and never saw an employee.
