Valarie the bartender/server was AMAZING!!! Kind, pleasant, and attentiveLong Island iced teas, cheese curds, and bbq chicken flatbread were so fire. Highly recommendOne suggestion to the owner is to put more signs to direct customers to the bar/food area, we got a little lost in the hallway

Manager Omar is great, Staff is great! Hotel has major issues & needs to fix them & not continue to let this hotel sink. Water pressure was next to none, literally. Air conditioners are old & not working properly. Management & staff are stretched so far that they look like they are about to break. It's hard to be upset about something that is beyond their control. Consiuer level never got refilled with drinks or snacks the entire 4 days we were there. Restaurant was overwhelmed & out of orange juice & fruit for breakfast. The owners need to invest in their property

I am a seasoned Marriott member and frequent traveler and I have to say I won't consider this hotel again.First, the water pressure was non-existent. I felt like I was trying to shower under a tree in a rainstorm, scrounging for any drops I could get.Second, I left a rather expensive skincare product in the room, which is my fault for sure. However, they called me back to tell me they found it and when I went to pick it up I was told they couldn't find it and sometimes things "walk away". Ummmm, so you just told me that your staff stole my item. Sorry, even my Platinum status isn't enough to convince me to go back. Really need to work on this place. I've stayed at some amazing Sheratons overseas, and was really disappointed in this one.

Clean room when we arrived however we were there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. Asked front desk everyday if our to could be cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels and coffee everyday. Trash not emptied our entire stay Food at restaurant was okay but pricey. Front desk staff very friendly

I stayed at this location on June 15-17. I was charged twice which I brought to their attention and was refunded back the money. What I was so upset about is that kids were running up and down the hallways beating on room door I was in. This was brought to the staff's attention and nothing was resolved. This went on until the day I checked out which was on Sunday morning June 18th. The food for breakfast was cold and the bacon was half cooked. The vending machines and microwave were not working. One of the towels in the bathroom was already used. I informed them at front desk and was told someone was going to bring new towels that never happened. The ice bucket had already been used. It had water in the ice bucket. Giving the amount of money that I spent at this hotel I would've thought the service would have been better but it wasn't.

I will not return here. I came to the area with with a busy schedule and 2 of 3 days I was delayed because my room door was not unlocking. When I arrived my room door lock was inoperable and it took over an hour to repair. Later I was locked inside the room and needed help to exit, more lock repairs. The next day the lock worked but only if I used 2 hands and a great deal of force. The housekeeping staff even noticed and came over to help me force it. Front desk staff were friendly but unable to give me a new room and did not seem to think it needed fixing as long as I could make it work. I also had a question about an additional charge and that took waiting around for an accountant, more time away from what I came to accomplish. Little things: water temp and pressure varied widely during a shower, one day pressure very weak. Ice machine flooding the floor, area on the bathroom floor after it was cleaned that looked like a dried puddle of ? next to the toilet.Pluses: AIr temp in fitness center is adjustable, most of the machines worked. Ed the maintenance man is very nice.

I came to this hotel on a business trip...Heinous. I understand that since the pandemic places are understaffed and it's hard to get good work, but this hotel is very very bad. Floors need to be vacuumed, table tops need to be wiped down, the whole place needs a boiled dinner. But the worst part of all was the sheets on my bed. Is this a crime scene? Is this a black mold infestation? All I know is I did not stay at this dump. This was horrendous

I recently stayed here for a meeting at my corporate office in Milwaukee. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They really care about the client experience. I want to especially give a shout out to Nubia, a relatively new addition. She went above and beyond to make things right. Definitely a place that I will come back to!

Quiet hotel but could use more cleaning. The room was nice and quiet and the A/C worked. Visually, it's evident the hotel has had a recent facelift inside. Very nice feel there. The layout is very odd, almost like a maze from the front desk to the elevator for the rooms. The elevator didn't have a last inspection sign nor a place to see one... It sounded like you could get stuck anytime now between floors. There was used body lotion on the sink counter and the cups left out by the champagne holder were filthy... Evidently not changed since the last person. Broken keypad access near the parking lot meant a scavenger hunt in the evening to find a door to get in without having to go around to the front desk from the parking lot. The saving grace? Friendly staff, updated decor in the rooms and common grounds, and close to where we wanted to go. Bed was also comfy.

Food was better than I expected for a hotel bar. I had the wings one night and a burger another night. The staff are super friendly and made my time here a lot more enjoyable!! I even booked an extra night

Ran out of coffee for several days! So I went to the grocery store and got my own. Why couldn't the staff there do that instead of making the customers go get there own? Also we had to call room service because our garbage was overflowing. The staff was very pleasant and apologetic. But they didn't seem to be able to get things done. My friends stayed at 40 Winks down the street and they had coffee. I'll try there next time.

We stayed here for a quick overnight getaway and the cleanliness of our room was awful. We came in to start cleaning and spraying down the room with disinfectant spray and we were so disappointed to find blood stains on our comforter. We had to call twice before someone came up to replace the sheets and between the front desk staff and the housekeeping that came in to replace the sheets, no one offered up an apology or seemed to be alarmed. There were also strands of hair on our towels and stains on our bathroom wall. This is a newly remodeled hotel with lots of upgraded amenities and features so it was a shame to see such a lack of detail to basic cleaning and maintenance. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was really quiet and secluded. The server we had at breakfast was amazing. Crystal was the morning staff and when we checked out, she asked how our stay was. When we shared everything with her, she took down our information, was extremely apologetic, and gave us free breakfast vouchers which we appreciated.

Worst customer service period! People seated after us were served and gone before we even ordered! One waiter refused to serv us. The bartender had to come take our orders. Food was wrong orders etc... Shipping my girlfriends son to Marine boot camp and this was the last meal he gets to eat with us!? Great impression Craft Room! You ought to be ashamed of yourself!
