I work literally 4 min drive, if that from store. It took 35 min to get today's order. It was a different delivery driver from other days. When I asked about time, she said there were other orders before mine and she was extremely rude about about it! I might think twice before ordering from this location again.

Called to place an order for 8 people for our work. Lady on the phone said they can’t do it not enough bread. We called an hour in a half before time. We have called to place order several times and are always turned down. I get catering needs probably a day or two of a heads up but it’s for 8 ppl!! Just lost our business. Maybe learn how to not be rude to your customers over the phone as well.

I was in a hurry and it took less than 10 minutes to order pay and leave with my food. The bread was delicious and the condiments were just right. Great value great service.
They added about 1 and 1/2 pieces of meat to my sandwich, which cost over $8.00. It was mainly lettuce and bread. Not worth it.

Worst Jimmy John's ever.. They close the store at random times. And Worst of all is there unfriendly staff. They make you feel uncomfortable.Ya'll need to step up your game!!
they are lazy and just try to get people through the drive thru fast. i always ask for no cucumbers and i think only once they have listened, yet repeated it back to me right. barley any meat on my sandwich ever too. if you want your moneys worth go to cousin subs or subway.

There were 5 guys working on a sat nite no other customers besides us. A woman came in & ordered a sandwich with Mayo on half. The manager told her she could not do that. She was walking out the door & manager said, “have a good day, or not!” Because the woman didn’t answer him. Then they proceeded to talk about her the rest of the time we were eating. Very rude!! Don’t visit this place unless u want to be their conversation piece until the next customer comes in for them to rip on!! Never saw anything so unprofessional!

Pulled up to the window, a girl laughed and told someone else that I was sitting there, they laughed obnoxiously loud and just kept walking. Not one person had the decency to open the window and tell me that they decided to close over an hour early! Extremely unprofessional employees! This franchisee really needs to take a look at operations and those who represent their operation. This location has turned into a dump from what it used to be. Super sad!

Went through and got an Unwich with no cheese. Was unaware the subs came with mayonnaise, as it wasn't listed on the sub description. I can't eat mayonnaise, so I politely asked if they could remake it. The employee was rude and just blankly stared at me. They would not remake it, instead insisted I buy another sub. Considering we had bought 3 in that order, I found that unreasonable. Won't be returning.
