I got food poisoning from the mashed potatoes.. I’ve gone here before and never had a problem but i went there on January 7th, 2024 to get some and it tasted funny but i didn’t think much of it til i was throwing up at 1:30.. Definitely won’t be going back..

Whenever I get food here for in store pick up the service is always kind, friendly and fast! The Food still hot and delicious. KFC nuggets are ? and with the bone in wings back it’s 10/10.Can’t wait for Nashville hot season to return especially in the Famous bowls.The picture is for size.Parking: A lot of spots

Orginal Chicken is the best...they have extra crispy....mashed potatoes and gravy are the best. Just getting expensive to eat there...we use coupons when we can. Everything was fresh and hot at our last visit.

Usually pretty good. Today I was asked to wait in the drive thru when there was Noone in line! I waited about 2 minutes before leaving.

Ordered 50 piece meal two days prior to pickup for Mom's 92nd birthday. Go to pick it up and the general manager said he knew nothing about the order and that "No one tells him anything!" Put the order together in 15 minutes while we all complained how this could have happened as our guests waited for us to deliver the meal (17 people). Got home, opened everything up, and found out we were 17 pieces short of chicken and all of the original coating was super soggy and falling off. Great gift for a 92 year old woman who's always loved KFC. Not so much anymore!Have contacted our credit card company who will pursue a dispute/ refund once payment is posted.Horrible all around.

Original chicken what you expect from KFC service was surprising good went through the drive-thru The nice lady at the window put the coleslaw in a separate bag to keep it cold
