Clearly new ownership at this location. Itemized each item instead of the "combo" as advertised on menu. Cashier was super polite and said that's what they have to do now. And I've literally never seen the glowing green meat they changed up on the hundreds of Italian Specials I've ordered over the last 20 years.

Cousins in general amazing. Racine location…eh. Ordered my usual steak Philly got home to feel that my sub was unusually light. Ordered extra mayo and was given no mayo and my sub had no meat on the last 3 inches of the bread and did not taste like it usually does. I recommend driving the extra few minutes to any other

Pretty good. Sub was a little sloppily put together and our subs were fairly different sizes even though they were supposed to be 7.5" each. They did put down fresh fries for us though, and it all tasted good. I'll go back.

Ignored us as we waited and just filled large carryout orders. Once they were filled ,the whole crew left and just left our group and one lone employee. The food was great. Service not!. Waited way too long for food.

Does take a long time for subs. Spent 30 minutes or more waiting. Usually a long wait every time. I understand times are busy and they are training new people. Was standing there for a long time and manager never said anything to me. Like a we will be with you or even a hi. He seemed more concerned about a French fry on the floor

As much as I love cousins I won't come back to this one... Just about the worst customer service and lazy customer employees I've come across in a long time. I'm literally the only customer in the store and there's 6 employees. It took them a half hour to make one sandwich because they were too busy talking and having a good time. They need a adult manager in the store because it's too much about having a good time then it is serving customers. The place is a total JOKE!

We don't live in Wisconsin, so haven't heard of Cousins Subs. Their bread was very good & fresh, the flavors were good, and their cheese curds and fries were soooo good. I also loved the cherry- lime shake. The dining room was nice enough, and the staff worked hard to get everyone's order in a short time. I did feel that my sandwich didn't have enough lettuce, but they gave me more when I asked. Now that we know their name, we'll look for them when we're visiting!
I enjoy eating at this location....Great Employees and food. Very Friendly Staff !
