This McDonalds location on 4 mile and Douglas is by far the NUTSACK of Caledonia. It blows my mind how a well known company can lack all necessities of being a well ran restaurant. Im about to start a GOFUNDME page to acquire funds for a food place worth your time and money in Caledonia… ?

Skipped me for 3 cars in the double lane. Took my order finally had it right on the screen. Paid for it then had to wait for my food and was given my food only to arrive at work to find the order completely wrong. I call to let them know and no one answers the phone

I don't know why I keep hoping for the best here but the grease seems like it's never changed. The food is either overcooked or the fries are just overcooked and old all the time. The prices are so much higher than any other McDonald's. I mean when you're getting the cheapest breakfast sandwich or soda and a hash brown and it's almost $8, you're better off going somewhere else. One McDonald's a hash brown is $1.60 and over here, not even a few miles away. It's $2.39. not the best McDonald's to stop at. I'm done going here. I don't even want McDonald's but if I do it'll never be here.

The vast majority of the time there is a problem with the order, unavailable menu items, broken smoothie machines, long waits for food, wrong orders, no condiments, napkins or straws.Service is also pretty bad, drive through times are terrible since most of the time only one person is taking orders which completely defeats the purpose of having two lines. It's gotten so bad I've decided to drive another 5 minutes south to the next closest McDonald's.

They then had the gall to ask me to park my car and wait again for my food. If you order food wait at that window until it is ready. And check it right

This place was horrible. It wasn't that busy and 1 fish sandwich took 15 mins. All the manager did was yell and belittle her employees, all while messing up herself. Absolutely uncalled for. Update:after 20 minutes of waiting I left without receiving my food. The worst "fast food" I've ever experienced.
