Always great to visit for breakfast/brunch, hash browns are second to none. Occasionally the service is a little slow and I've waited a while for food/service, but considering the place is always bustling, hard to fault that. I always recommend to anyone passing through

Heard it’s a great place to eat. Got there at 12:00 didn’t get our food till 1:00. They came to the table and said our ticket got misplaced. Which it should have been free, but all they took off was the coffees. I will never eat there

We always have a good experience here and the food is always good as well! We ordered fish to go for the first time tonight as our usual fish spot was closed. Very delicious and a lot of food! Definitely get your moneys worth and they give you everything you need! We will be ordering again!

Lake Ripley Family Restaurant has a fairly standard ”family restaurant" menu - that is, until you see the specials! From unbelievably delicious soups to, yes, blue gill fish on their Friday fish-fry menu, there are true jewels to be had here. Attentive and very polite service (and the other employees jump in to lend a helping hand, when needed, without a quibble!) and attention to detail are very apparent. Delicious food served in a casual atmosphere, a menu that will cater to almost any taste, staff that are friendly and attentive... Wisconsin family dining doesn't get much better than this.Cons? Handicapped accessibility is "almost" non-existant. Bathrooms are b a r e l y handicapped accessible and only one entry/exit is available, the other is almost impossible to navigate if you're mobility-challenged. Otherwise, I'd have given a five-star review.Parking: VERY generous, free parking in lot around restaurant.

Very accommodating for a large group. 18 people and food was out in 30 minutes. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming!!! Fish was awesome!! An Amazing treasure!!!

Best place in town! All the locals frequent the truly 'family' restaurant. Home-made Soups, Pies, Daily Specials, etc Excellent staff and service.

Didn't have a meal here just a pepsi but I was in dire straits with a dead phone and no way to get back to Jefferson! Nice lady behind the counter charged my phone for me, tried to get an uber and none were in the area so I was stranded. Was debating taking a 100+ dollar taxi or walking 4 hrs lol. Figured I might as well ask if anyone in the restaurant could give me a ride. (I think) the owners very kind son offered and I made it safely back to Jefferson! He refused to take any money for the ride. Gained some faith in humanity today! So, definitely stop by for the friendly service :) I'm sure the food is great too! I'll have to stop in sometime and repay the kindness. Thank you guys!!!
