“Awesome WI towny bar. The bar was busy and we just missed the dinner rush. They ran out of a few dinner items but no matter. Had Cod and pizza. Very good. Waitress was very nice. Great small town feel.”

“What a fun seemingly hidden gem! We pulled up to this nowhere bar and from the outside it looked like any other pub In Wisconsin. Boy was I surprised! Tons of fun games like punch cards, pull tabs, and video machines in a special room. Then hidden in the back is an absolutely huge music hall. There were some out side seating tables out the back. The place didn’t look that big from the outside but opened up like Pandora’s box when we went in.It was cash only, but they do have an atm.We had the pizza and it was scorching hot!The bartender was an absolute doll!”

We had the best Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and Blue Balls appetizer (make sure to dip these in their signature sauce) made by their cook Mary, who clearly has the passion for what she does! “Made with love” is what she said and you need see it for yourself. Amazing service at their friendly bartender, Jessie. We came for a quick meal and drink and we ended up leaving with our bellies and heart full. We came in as strangers and left as friends. “Stopped in on German night. The food was tasty but took a while to get, which was OK because we were sipping beers. Wait staff was fun (wearing traditional dresses) and mostly attentive. I believe we hit shift change as our server changed. Nice selection of beers. Atmosphere was great! Will definitely be back.”

“Thursday my mom and her friend brought me to lunch here, they had lunched here a couple months ago on a Thursday while in town. They were very excited about $3 burgers! We each built our own and opted for different sides. Our server was very helpful w my mom trying to pick a beer. It wasn't mentioned to us until I asked as we were departing... the popcorn machine is help yourself. She did suggest we take a boat to go, we declined. There is a decent beer selection; busch to several craft selections. I was intrigued by the Apple Bacon Beans side, but opted for tots. I was curious about a bottle of ranch on the tables! Is it that common? The food good, server was great, the ambiance quiet and comfortable and parking was easy. Do I want to say Stockyard is... kitchy....? Maybe.... I liked that the front door was a metal fuel pump handle, there is an antique cabinet in the dining area and the tin lower walls in the bar. It's a fun vibe. I didn't think to take a picture but they grill their burger buns... yum! Thanks Sockyard for a fun and delicious lunch!”

“great size horseshoe style bar. with additional seating. you'll spend 20 minutes or so to get seated because this place is so popular. Great salad bar, excellent steak and seafood. Everytime im here the food is excellent and I appreciate the consistency. Excellent service from the bartender to the hostess and waitstaff.”

“I didn't get food, but I know my brother always comes here for it! The drinks were good, and the service was very friendly and efficient! I loved the demographic as it was a wide variety, not a lot of bars can do that it seems! I also love that there is a shuffleboard, darts, and a couple of pool tables!”

“Great bar! My husband and I were wandering around on a motorcycle and got hungry. We pulled into Genoa and Rudy's was the only place to get some food. Cheeseburgers and chips, or pizza. The cheeseburger was incredible! Simple meat with pickles and onions but man it tasted great! The bartender was super friendly and we had a great conversation while we ate and rested up. Even the local folks sitting at the bar were friendly and chill. If you're tired, they have cheap rooms available to rent out but we had a long way to go so we didn't stay. If you're driving through or even close I recommend stopping in and grabbing a delicious cheap meal and meeting some great people.”

“Stopped in to Tuna’s last July while taking a trip down the Mississippi River. Had a little pizza and cold beer. Nice clean place about two blocks from lock and dam # 8 on the Mississippi River. Stop in, you’ll be glad you did.”

“I just came from a doc appt for my newborn baby who's struggling with influenza right now. It's been awful at home to say the least. She's one of 5 who tested positive but she's the one taking it the hardest being less than a month old. I went to get a drink to have some kind of goodness in my day and the lady at the window asked how my day was. I cracked. I get to the window and she said the business was covering my drink and they wrote this beautiful message on my cup.I can't express how much I needed this random act of kindness. To both the ladies who worked Mormon coulee Starbucks 3/20 at 3:00pm-you are amazing human beings who just threw a little light in the dark tunnel I've been in ♡♡ praise you both for going above and beyond.”

He was absolutley frustrated and completely overwhelmed by how far behind he was with orders. However he handled it with the best attitude any business could ask from their employee. I will be back even if I have to wait an extensive amount of time for my pizza due to his performance. These are the people you want behind your business.”
