I just ordered delivery on the app, and made a couple changes to my sandwich when it arrived there was no changes. I ordered the JJBLT with no tomato, extra onion, add jimmy peppers, and add avocado spread. I was utterly disappointed when there was no changes on my receipt, or my sandwich. Then I order it as a meal with a pickle, and we never got the pickle. This place used to be my favorite but lately it has been terrible. I normally get the hunter's club, but lately the roast beef has been hard and off tasting. Hence why I got the JJBLT this time. I'm really starting to question if it's even worth continuing to give them chances.

This Jimmy John’s is good but inconsistent. Sometimes the sandwiches are dry and not super tasty but sometimes great. I’ve had better at other Jimmy John’s.

Painfully slow. Not even a little fast. Freaking slow. Then, he gave us the wrong sandwiches.
My order was placed online. The order process was seamless and was fine but with one issue. The completion of making my ordered never happened so I finally called to see what was going on to find out that "oh that happens sometimes", really? Strange i thought.The sandwich was great though! Quality ingredients at a fair price.

I'm contemplating giving up on this store. I don't order often but when I do, yes they're "freaky fast" but they're also freaky forgetful!! Forgot my cookie! Oh, we'll credit you. Forgot my drink! Oh, we'll credit you. One time I order a quartered pickle & it's a large. The next time it's a small!! This place is so inconsistent & forgetful I just envision it run by a band of high school boys who, "Are just here until my career takes off, man!" They don't seem to care if they get your order correct at all! I mean you've got a $6 dollar delivery fee & I gave a tip just so you could forget to give me all my food!!!

Ordered ultimate porker, no bacon what so ever on the entire sandwich. They didn’t even let DoorDash know my order was ready. They never updated the website. Tried to call 5 times to find out where order was after an hour and they never picked up one time.
