I've had my share of disappointments with bakeries in Wisconsin, but this place was out of this world. Incredible selection, delicious cheesecakes, highly recommend.
I was so excited when I found out about this place, my son is lactose and they were willing to make him a baby shark smash cake. I called a month in advance to place an order, I went to pick up my son's cake the day before his birthday party and the gentlemen who made the cake wasn't there at the time, I asked for a blue baby shark cake that said "happy 1st birthday Monty, I was asked on the phone at the time of ordering the cake if it was for a boy or girl.I got a cake that said happy first birthday Anna. Which is my name in pink writing on a cake that's suppose to be for a little boy. The hand writing was extremely sloppy and the gram cracker crust was falling off the side of the cake.The lady working helped me scrape off the Anna part on the cake but I now have a blue cake with pink messy writing and falling off crust on the bottom. The lady also told me the guy was up until midnight looking for decorations for the cake. Again I placed this order a month in advance. And they didn't do the cake until the day before pick up ? I'm just extremely disappointed in how it turned out for his first birthday.And I thought the entire thing was pretty unprofessional.I wasn't even offered a discount for the mistakeMy first and last time going there

Josefs has a great selection of Cheesecake Cupcakes, cookies, apple fritters, Cheesecake in a cup and other bakery items. While I haven't tried everything, what I have tried has been delicious. I just tried the mixed Berry Cheesecake in a cup. It was fantastic.

Let me tell you about the best kept secret in all of Wisconson. Josefs cheese cake is it. They have somewhere around 20 hand created flavors on hand at any given time for you to try in a cupcake size. Everyone is hand made with the upmost care and detail. Personally everyone has wowed me with different flavor. I highly recommend the butter beer or the red velvet. The macaroons look and smell amazing as well as their hand made breads! Try the picked bread. THE whole pickle slices with fresh dill is to die for. Enough reading, drive down there and see for yourself. They will NOT disappoint.

Just had Josef’s Cheesecakes for our wedding and everyone loved them. There’s not another dessert we would have even considered! Cheesecakes were amazing and the delivery was on time (even with our kinda hard to locate venue)!

We went for a cake tasting for a wedding. Hands down favorite of all of us was the It'll Eat. The Door County Cherry was another fave. We had our doubts about the Mountain Dew flavor, but it was the perfect cheesecake for a summer day. Light, zesty, delish!
