Order a crustless chicken, bacon, and artichoke. Picked up at the window and was told “we ran out of artichoke. Can we get you something else?” I said no. Then I got home and the crust less had red pizza sauce rather than the garlic sauce. So gross!!

9 out of 10 times our order is messed up. We always order the same pizza. Pretty simple. Sausage, onion on the entire pizza and add pepperoni to half. They could not figure that out. So we order all pepperoni, sausage and onion. That is too complicated as well. I give them the benefit of the doubt. Lots of staff turnover etc…but my order is not complicated!!!! Will not ever go to the Lake Hallie location again.

I love the pizza. You do have to watch the crew when your pizza is being made. If you order double cheese they have a habit of not putting it on. Once you bring it to their attention they do put it on.Parking: This place is located in a strip mall. There is not a lot of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair but there is no auto open option.

ATTENTION HOTEL & TRUCK DRIVERS!! This place does NOT and CANNOT cook your pizza. You have to do that at home. Otherwise the people are nice, pizzas are made usually pretty fast if you pay attention to your pickup time.

Ordered with green olives, got home and found green peppers instead which I told them I could not eat. Not the first time pizza was not found to be as ordered!Have not been back as help was rude and all denied having anything to do with my order.Worst experience!
