Lady behind counter clearly didn't want customers at all in her dead store. Didn't change her gloves when she went from working on a delivery order to making my sandwich so my entire sandwich tasted like onion and i hate onions, and i believe that it's against policy to not change gloves. It was not a good experience, and honestly, the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Subway

I'd give it zero stars, if Google allowed me. Each time we go in there (store out by commerce parkway and st. joes), they are understaffed, the employees openly expresses to us the customer that they are disgruntled about their job (you don't even have to ask them... they just start talking, and it's just slowww. Last time we were in there a few weeks ago, the place was a jungle (thermostat set way up), employee was sweating all over the ingredients. They expressed that they are understaffed and had been working all day (12 hours) since their backup didn't come in? The backup was this other kid, he's the one from the time before who told us all about his truck being totaled and he has to work to pay off his truck that wasn't insured. The lady from the previous visit also told he left out a detail on his story that he'd been drinking and driving. Like- it's just too much, I'm all for small talk, but we're hearing things that shouldn't be said to customers. Less chatty chatty, more sandwich making. I know staffing is hard to get, but bump up pay a hair and get some higher-caliber people hired on who are dependable and take the job serious. Think we're going to skip this Subway for a while, see if things change down the road. And please clean those intake vents on the ceiling right above the food... without the food being under it.

I ordered a footlong online at around 12:15 pm on 11/03/2022 and it would be ready at 12:35 pm. I leave work at 12:33 pm to pick up my order. I only have 30 minutes lunch which is they reason I ordered it in advance. I get there and I let them know that I had an online order and gave them my name. I still had to wait in line behind two people because they didn't even start on my order. So, I had to wait for the "sandwich artists" to complete the other people's orders first. I finally get my sandwich at 12:45 pm. Why bother ordering ahead online if you still have to wait in line behind customers who didn't order online? This particular store is so unorganized and mismanaged!!!

I Don't know how this subway is on weekdays but on weekends I work in Chippewa so I went to get sub the food area was nasty everything uncovered food everywhere behind the show glass there's kids working there goofing around playing so I say to myself maybe they just got hit with a lot of customers, So today I went same thing going on but now there outside and behind the counter the meat looked old and dried out maybe because nothing is covered again I walk right out they really need to monitor the teenagers that works there on weekends TROUBLEIf I could not give a Star I would

Not pleased at all very very dirty was not an appetizing site at all ended up going somewhere else. Staff seemed nice just was not going to get food from a very dirty looking place.

Ordered a spicy Italian with lettuce, onions, green peppers and black olives with pepper jack cheese for delivery and got I huge pile of pickles with nasty looking lettuce .... Wanted me to drive back to fix their error which will not happen and now waiting to see if the manager will actually call back to fix the problem as I won't eat that.. manager never called but a staff member did and said to reorder the sandwich thru door dash and would send refund.. well they sent a refund for the sandwich only and made me pay $6.67 in delivery fees for a $5 sandwich which they messed up on.. never again.. negative promotion is now on the way ... Dry bread, soggie nasty lettuce along with rotten onions.. way to go subway
