I ordered my usual, 6" herbs & cheese Italian BMT with pepper jack cheese toasted today for lunch. Got out to my car and unwrapped it to find my herbs & cheese bread is JUST herbs NO cheese on it. Why did I not notice this before? Because there are metal shields over the meat area that prevent customers from being able to see their sandwich being made. This location has seriosly gone downhill in the last 6 months. Please do better!!

I know this is a Walmart subway but they still didn’t meet my low expectations. I ordered a sandwich on their app just for it to be canceled 5 minutes before it was suppose to be ready, then since I was already there I went in and ordered the same exact thing and they weren’t out of anything or anything. The small statured man cancelled my order for no reason and then ignored multiple items I asked on my sub while I saw right in front of me they had it right in front of him. After all that just for the guy to get mad at me for waiting for a mistake he made when I was standing there patiently waiting for something he messed up. This location has single handedly made me understand how Karen’s feel.

Very irritating. Stood 10 min in line waiting for a slow speed worker to finish up a customer ahead of me. After she was done, she didn’t even acknowledge me and started an online order. When I asked if she saw me, she said “ya, but this order came first.” Although I do understand, I’m not waiting 15 plus minutes for a 6 inch meat and cheese sandwich. Ended up telling her I was gonna leave cause I was too hungry to wait. She says “ok.” No hesitation whatsoever to turn me away.I ended up going to Walmart deli and buying food there. Only to check out and walk by Subway and see she was still working on that online order.

Throw out to Joe. Fast food is convenient yes but rarely you find nice people working at them. Not to mention making sure you have everything. Thanks Joe.

I ordered a meatball sub for delivery through the app and it took 40 minutes for me to be notified that they were out of meatballs. I have had similar issues before with this restaurant when ordering through the app. The app should be notified when they are out of something so that situations like this don’t keep happening… very disappointing.

Wayne is rude and handles food unsafely by thawing in sink overnight. Owner fails to follow protocols when an employee has close contact Covid exposure and retaliated against an employee for quitting due to health concerns by illegally docking pay rate she was hired at to minimum wage the day checks were printed. Owner knowingly and wilfully violates labor and wage laws and hangs up on you if you call to dispute the illegal activity.

I have visited this subway twice this last month and there hasn't been workers in the back working. Both times have been unattended.

This subway was horrible. The people working were incredibly slow and rude. They were also not very sanitary. One girl was taking bread out of the bread molds and then putting the bread molds on top of opened food storage. She was also suppose to help the new employee out but that employee was definitely clueless.
