Ordered four beef soft shell tacos with sour cream at 9:30pm. No one else in the store or in the drive through. Got home, I got four chicken soft shell tacos. How hard is it to make one order, no rush, accurately!? You can’t follow simple instructions? The person making the food probably complains about how under appreciated they are, reevaluate your own performance. Horrible customer service with mediocre food for $20 for one person. I even gave her a tip. “We can send you a coupon”. Maybe if your mistake cost you money out of your check instead of the company taking it on the chin, you would attempt to do better. I don’t care if you’re a janitor or a CEO, take pride in your craft.

Consistency can be lacking occasionally, specifically in mobile orders. If you ask to have onions removed, there's a 50% chance your order will have onions.Otherwise, they're pretty quick and efficient. Food is always good, albeit a bit spendy ($18 for my typical order), just not always sure what and how much you're going to get.

Six pack and a pound is a great deal. My family of four gets two of them and we are all full with leftovers to eat cold the next day. Always fast friendly service.Parking: Very large parking lot with plenty of spaces.

very poor service, tired to put some money in the donation box but couldn’t reach so we tossed it. the manager came to the window and started yelling at us. she made us feel bad for trying to donate, the food took over 15 mins after that happened and it was cold!! definitely recommend going to a different taco

Me and my son come here every few weeks to get food and we've always had a good experience and hardly any waiting time. Always clean inside and staff is nice. I love the spicy chicken and potato griller minus the hot sauce. It's so good!
