Wasn’t impressed with the service. Felt employee want too friendly, felt he talked down to me and was very pushy . Didn’t even get in the door completely and said what can I get started for you. Can’t I look at the menu? Nothing was fresh cut all cut already so don’t advertise as a company you fresh cut your meats. Just didn’t feel like a a place would come back to!! Very uncomfortable! Won’t be coming back.

Huge shout out to this crew for their excellent customer service! They’re always friendly and fast, and I’ve never walked in to find the place anything but clean. Even when I’ve witnessed them have to deal with unreasonably difficult customers, they are nothing but kind and accommodating.
Zac and Savanna were absolutely amazing!! They were so nice and the food they made was perfect!! Thank you both so much for being so friendly and kind. You don't see that very much now a days.

Most of staff was how you expect they treat customers nice and work together to serve everyone. I came in and saw a man named Jason standing there while another co worker was doing all the work. kinda bummed me to see him standing there doing nothing. Food was good but like come on man help out and dont just stand there so everyone else does all the work for you!

Only go here if you want the absolute worst customer service. Jason is the rudest fast food employee I've encountered. Touched the glass and did not know it was a capital offense. He yelled at me. He did not kindly ask me to remove my hand which I would have done had I realized. Customer service requires kindness. Jason needs to be fired. I am not a person to just complain about a service experience, but my family has had several encounters with this same employee. He yelled at my brother for wearing open toed shoes and said he wasn't allowed in the subway with those kinds of shoes. This Jason guy is messed up. I have never heard of a restaurant yelling at customers in this way.

My mom and I stopped by during a lull, and the two men who served us were quite pleasant. They talked to us while making our sandwiches and were polite all the while. Our sandwiches were very delicious. Overall, a great experience!
