This is THE CLEANEST location! I have to go out of Madison to find a good clean DD. The staff here are very respectful and sweet. The donuts are iced perfectly, and aren't thrown into the bag like every single Madison/Monona locations do. The coffee is made perfectly as well. The only location that makes everything good. And the lady who usually is running the window at 6am, you have the best customer service attitude, and my kids and I appreciate you :)
Every time I’ve ordered at this location and indicated “less ice,” they’ve proceeded to fill the entire cup anyway.Today I scooped out most of it and was left with only 1/3 of my medium sized cup filled with the actual drink I paid $4.59 for. Ridiculous.
