“Love this place, best var for craft coctails on the west side of milwaukee/suburbs. Been here so many times, food wise they just have a few simple apps like a giant pretzel, or a cheese platter which are all fine, tgey dont have a full menu butnypu can vring food if you want. Drink wise they have a nice selection of craft beers and a changing list of craft cocktails based on the season. There are unique flavors, and something for everyone from sweet to dry and everything between, all well balanced. Its in on old fire station so there isnt much indoor seating but lots outside & a gas fire pit for warmth.Parking: Only street parking available“
“Tonight was our first time dining at Milwaukee Burger Company, we are from Chicago and our standards for a good meal is high. The dining experience, the food and the service was second to none! We were so impressed with our service, our waiter was Maurice! He was excellent, he took his time to explain the menu and offered really good add-ons! We will most certainly be back. Thank you MBC and Maurice for your hospitality.“
“I’m not one to review… but good things deserve a “toot toot” and this place gets it. Solid service. Fair price. Fast service. Friendly service. Busy night. Cool owner. Kid friendly. Literally any and all boxes checked. Thank you! 2nd time for some and we’ll be back for more. Onward and upward.“
“Huge open brewery. Their selection of home brewed beers will have something for everyone. It is pet friendly. Really like the self service watering station. Bubbler for locals. Water fountain for non Wisconsinites. They have 4 huge garage door which would make nice weather days a awesome environment. Definitely recommend and will be going back.“
“Fantastic food! I knew as soon as I tasted the very flavorful salsas that were brought out right away with the basket of freshly-made chips that I would be in for a treat. My enchiladas were delicious and made just perfectly! The included side of rice and beans was top-notch as well. Definitely worth a stop!“
“Archie's reaches the peak of the perfect classic burger joint, reminiscent of a classic smash burger. The amount of food you get for a low and reasonable price at an outstanding quality. Absolutely my favorite in town thus far. Put on your leather jacket, throw on a vinyl classic, and enjoy yourself!Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger option on the menu, the shared space ice cream shop had vegan options as well.“
“A group of us went here on a winter Saturday night. They don't serve food, but allow carry-in food. So, we brought our own snacks and spent the evening playing cards. The service was great and there was a good selection of tap beer and mixed drink options.“
“Ordered the ox tail, jerked chicken, and island shrimp and all of the meals were on point! Your portions were fair, everything was well seasoned and the staff was super friendly while I was picking my order up. We always jumped from one Jamaican spot to the next when we shopped but I think you earned our loyalty on our first visit.“
“First time visit & hadn't done hookah in YEARS, but this was definitely a nice reintroduction to it. Loved to local artwork on display, which is buyable if you're so inclined to do so (which I'm already trying to save up for 1 piece, lol). Would definitely recommend & plan on going back “
“I really shouldn't share this, as this is a gem on the Beer Line / Brewers Hill divide that doesn't take reservations. The food and people are both great.Parking: Park on any nearby street and walk, but don't expect to get in if you aren't in line when they open.“
“The drinks were great. What I had to drink first was 'Greek in Wisconsin' which was really sweet, and my girlfriend had wine. Appetizers were saganaki and zucchini fritters. The fritters were good, saganaki is not the traditional saganaki. Dinner was good, just needed lemon for the Greek fries. The moussaka was really good! The service was great, very attentive but the ambiance is a bit loud and we were downstairs so it was kind of loud and we were right by the stairs. I didn't do my homework and request to be seated upstairs.“
“The new staff was a bit of a disappointment. Have been coming here for years. I waited as the the 2 behind bar were on their phones. The couple next to me had glasses empty and was ready to pay. The bartender didn't even help them or notice until after me. I ordered the burger and after ringing it in then asked, "oh, how do you want that?"I understand the new staff. Hope they will step it up because you are following in shoes that need to continue. Miss the old staff. Be more attentive at bar and personality goes along away. Not really into the, " What do you want?" Attiude. Be a bit more aware and courteous of people at bar.All good, just a different atmosphere than in the past. And as I was typing this 2 other couples asked us for our menus. The bartenders were not even here.Great food! But disappointed in service.“
“Service = *****Ambiance = *****Outdoor seating and view = *****Drink menu = *****This is a hidden gem in Wauwatosa/Milwaukee. Small place with a big atmosphere with the outdoor seating. In MKE we look for great spots like this to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. My date suggested this place and I've never been here. Nice selection of drinks and nice small menu for appetizers or small plates to share. We had the Capalatina and Olive salad. They have events monthly so join the mailing list. I will definitely be back to enjoy the company and sunset views off the front deck. Check it out and support!“
“First time going after seeing an instagram post - so glad we tried it out! Pizza: we tried the club banger and the Mac & cheese. Wished the hot honey sauce was hotter but overall, both were great! Apps: tried the crab Rangoon spring rolls and the stuffed cheese bread. Both were a bit pricey ($13 and $12) for what they were. Still tasty! Service: amazing! We had 2 kids with us and all of the staff were so warm and friendly! Overall - so great! I’d recommend and plan to go back!“
“I am a sucker for a great dive bar and with a name like Day Drink Inn how can you possibly go wrong? The owner Mario always keeps the place clean and hires very friendly bartenders. Once a month on a Saturday afternoon they have a drawing for $500. You have to enter a grab a spot with your $20 but it's can be worth $500 if you are there and $250 if you aren't so it's best to be there by 3pm sharp. After they have meat raffles and other raffles so it's definitely a fun time. There are always friendly people in the bar and it's a great place for a Day Drink! Definitely worth trying to find especially on a cold Saturday!“
“I love the location, the atmosphere, the people, and the service. They have some appetizers available, but the convenience and flexibility of being able to order food from certain restaurants around the village, have it delivered here, and eat it accompanied by their delicious wine makes for a fabulous experience. Vintage 38 is a great place and enhances our community.“
“We love Urban Harvest Brewing due to the family atmosphere as members of the mug club and all the events that involve the club and the general public (i.e. block parties and fundraisers). I absolutely love how owner Steve supports his community and organizations like the Wisconsin Humane Society and his patrons. Also as a retired Infection Control Practitioner, I am SO impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and especially how UHBC operated during COVID-19 pandemic ... nice job!“
“My husband was craving a fish fry, I'd remembered my brother raving about their food and especially the fish fry.We were not disappointed. My steak sandwich was delicious and cooked to perfection. Husband really enjoyed the fish. We also had the appetizer sampler, which was also tasty.Looking forward to dining in on a Thursday and trying the chicken fried steak.“
“It was recommended to us from a local business that we made a stop at first as we live an hour away and wanted to get lunch before our drive back. FANTASTIC recommendation, great atmosphere, excellent food, waitress was wonderful. Thought it was going to take a bit to get our order, it did not, it was out within 15 minutes, our full order. I purchased the BBQ sauce to go to use on my own ribs this weekend. Ecstatic, as this is the best homemade BBQ sauce I have ever tasted.Crispy brussel Sprouts ✔️Cheese curds ✔️Smokin' Annie ✔️Candied Whiskey Bacon Burger ✔️Fries ✔️You will not be disappointed whatever you order off this menu!!“
“Simply the finest beer bar around. No TVs, just excellent beer. The interior design could be in a beer bar magazine. Perfect in the summer with the garage doors up and in winter with some live music playing. My car veers to the curb as I drive by....“
“Well this was a delightful surprise! I attended a themed pop up here and it is absolutely charming. There is an incredible selection of beer and liquor. They even have quite a few mixed drinks available. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful even the guy checking IDs at the door had a smile on his face. It is cozy, comfy, and bright inside. I don't know why there's this trend of painting the interior of bars "stage black" but I'm glad sugar maple has bucked that trend. If I find myself near Milwaukee fancying myself a drink I will definitely make a return visit!“
“I need to know what kind of pickles are in the lux bloody mary cuz I’m still thinking about it! Delicious food, great service, and cool atmosphere. Plus they accommodated gluten free options very well! Would love to come back.Dietary restrictions: Separate gluten free menu“
“Thank you to Ang for recommending this place. We were at the Milwaukee Public Market, and she was working at the Spice House. We asked for recommendations of things to do, see, etc. in the area since this was our first time in Milwaukee. Ang told us about a few breweries and mentioned the Lost Valley Cider Co.. We went on a night she was working and had a wonderful, relaxing experience tasting delicious varieties of ciders, meads, and hot ciders-all recommended by her. Ang, thanks so much for making our first trip to Milwaukee fun. We can't wait to come back in the summer, and we will surely come back to Lost Valley Cider Co..Dietary restrictions: Ciders were a good gluten-free option.“
“Always on the lookout for a great burger and curds. The spicy cheese curds were easily the best I have had in years. Super gooey and the spices give them a great kick. As for the burger, I went with the one with jalepeno aioli. What a perfect choice! I used absolutely no ketchup yet the burger had a great mixture of flavors and texture. I'm going back next time I'm in Milwaukee.“
“My words truly can not do justice in describing the culinary experience that was my short rib ravioli entree. It truly was the most delicious meal I've had in quite a long time. From the wine to the salad to the ravioli, it was all flavorful, fresh, and fantastic. The server was very kind, helpful & engaging. This was my first visit but definitely not my last.“
“The tap room has the best people working for it, they exceed my expectations everytime I visit. They are fantastic and make my experiences fun and outright amazing. Thank you for everything each and everyone of you do on a daily basis. It is always appreciated.“
“Have been to East Town Kitchen and Bar for lunch a couple of times and for after work and weekend drinks other times. It's a comfortable place to eat drink and watch sports. Staff is friendly and pretty responsive. Happy it's downtown!“
“Company is an exquisite local brewery/bar & restaurant on the Center Street, the central hub of the Riverwest neighborhood. Their selection of beers and coktails can't be matched. They also are super supportive of the local indie music scene of Milwaukee. They have cool live performances on their incredible stage every other weekend.“
“Food was great! However, we bought coffee mugs and when we looked at them later, we realized they sold us used, dirty mugs. It made us worried that we may have been drinking out of dirty mugs as well when we were eating. My friend tried to contact them about it and has never received a response. Hope they address that used dirty cups are bring sold.“
“Came to this place with my wife after a Saturday afternoon shopping excursion and OMG!!! We had a waitress named Grace and she was magical, she noticed every table she was working and took care of all of us with the speed of a ninja all while making sure there was new silverware dried and wrapped! The menu is phenomenal the atmosphere is excellent and the service is A-1!!!“
“Personally coming from a larger city like Chicago, it's hard to find the nostalgia of a good dive bar with great service, good music, and phenomenal service at a low price. Duke's fits just that. I frequent for a light beer after a long lifting session down the street, and it's always a comfort zone. Our bartender, Hailey, is always looking to top us off, never leaving us unattended. She pours the perfect drink every time, and always provides top notch service. I'll always frequent Duke's, and no one can turn down $1 taps and $2 rails every day for HH!!!Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of venue, as well as some on water street just north of the venue.“
“We went here before catching the shuttle from Wurstbar to Am Fam.They had a duo playing on the small stage on the street side, but they also have a stage in back more appropriate for a band.We weren't able to catch the same shuttle out of the ballpark, but I think it would have been great to hear the DJ here. Sound and lighting looks modern.“
“We were just going to stop in here for a quick drink as we passed through town, but we had so much fun talking to Nick and the customers that came in, we stayed for a couple hours. Him and his wife created this bar from their own collection and it’s definitely worth the time to stop by if you were in to Tiki at all! We tried three different drinks off of their menu, and they were all delicious! You can’t go wrong.“
