A nice spot to chill and write while drinking your coffee!! Super friendly staff who provide excellent customer service skills!!! Quick and easy on making your coffee and your breakfast sandwich!!! Plus they even have Baskin Robbins!! The mangonada is delicious!!!Wheelchair accessibility: All entrances are wheelchair accessible.

Went this morning to get a breakfast sandwich ate half on my way to work I get to work and warm up the other half and there is mold on my egg. I called up there to o let them know all they said was come get a new one and hung up on me no apologies or anything.

This Dunkin always serves me the freshest iced coffee compared to other locations. And I really value when the barista actually mixes my caramel syrup so that it actually mixes with my drink! Which they always do at this location. They also have the best quality cold foam of all other Dunkin locations i’ve tried so far — it doesn’t evaporate after 5 minutes. Keep it up ?? My go-to Dunkin from now on.

No ice cream menu for flavors in drive through. The first 3 flavors we requested off their website, they did not have. When we asked what flavors they do have considering there is no menu, we were rudely told we would have to come inside for that. Its not our fault that you have a poor setup. Lol, brand new place and it's already subpar yet typical for a Cudahy business I suppose. Head 10 mins north and give your money to the folks at Babe's in Bay View.Edit...havent been back since but took my kids to this place on Christmas Eve due to nowhere else being open. I ordered one scoop of strawberry in a bowl, 1 scoop of cookies and cream in a bowl and attempted to order a strawberry shake but they didn't have it. The lady went on a tirade about what flavors they had but couldn't understand a word she said so canceled the strawberry shake. Got my two scoops and left the window. Got home to find one scoop was some random flavor of sherbet and the other was some kind of caramel churro or something? I mean, what?? Both wrong and both not even close to what was ordered? I was so excited when this place opened but literally can't wait until they close now. Just terrible service.

Wanted a donut at about 3:57 am. He would not let me in. I called , l was told only drive thru. No where on signage dose it says drive thru only.
