Ordered the cheesy fish. Was overcooked and dried out. Just had the same fish a few days ago at the Monroe location, and it was 5 ☆ perfection! Guess we will go back to the Monroe/172 location.

Food was cold. Asked to be remade, which they did, but then that was also cold. Ended up throwing it away and wasting my money.

The food is really good as it is at any Arby's. The customer service is decent and the inside of the Arby's okay. The inside is clean but hasn't been modernized in quite a while. Other then that is a good spot to stop and Arby's always has some really good food.Parking: Good parking.

This specific Arby's has gone downhill in recent years, and the food shows it. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t go to work. Your employees are rude and never get our order right. We were offered a coupon via corporate and I laughed. I don’t want a coupon, I want my closest Arbys to actually be decent. Dump all your employees and rehire. What a garbage fire of an establishment.

I ordered the steak sandwich with green peppers and cheese. It certainly is not like the one featured on your TV ad. The bun was not toasted as it shows and the bun is not very good. Coarse and not flavorful. It looks like it should be Italian bread but it certainly is not. The filling was ok. The whole sandwich would have been so much better on a Jimmy John's roll.

I haven't been to Arby's for at least a year. When we were handed our bag, I said to my husband, "I smell rancid oil". We went to have a picnic and yep fries & mozzarella sticks tasted rancid. I called and mention to manager that the oil is rancid. Was told "yep". I waited and nothing more was said and I repeated myself. He goes "yep, I was going to change it today". That was it. No apology. One more off my list to never give business to.
