Love the bagels here, but I come here a lot and have only had my order fully correct once (my order is not complicated by any means) . I pay for extra things and they are never added, and my experience today got a completely different bagel than what I ordered. Went back inside to fix it, and the workers were nice but got the order wrong once again.Definitely check the bagels in front of the workers before you leave. Cause you shouldn’t be paying 20$ for two bagels that aren’t even right. ?

Had a bad experience when I went here. There was a man who wasn't very pleasant who served me, and the food tasted like it was all cooked in a microwave, much like frozen food is. Very disappointing and won't be back.

The regular coffee tastes like the machine has never been cleaned. Burnt and bitter. More like free hotel breakfast coffee than what I would expect at a bagel place. But then again the inside reminded me of a subway mixed with a Dunkin' Donuts so I should not have expected much The bagels were bland and tasteless. I really expected bagels from an actual bagel shop to be better than Panera bread but here we are. I am giving 2 stars because the staff was very nice and seemed to be doing their best. I have seen big apple bagels around in my travels and now I know to look elsewhere. My rating: avoid.

This is my go to breakfast spot, best bagels around! My favorite is the American Sunrise with bacon on cinnamon raisin toasted bagel. (Don’t knock it till you try it lol) The staff is always friendly and the location is great too. St Norbert student discount is always appreciated ;)
Very good Bagels. I got the lox Bagel, iced vinilla latte, and a deep dish apple muffin. All were fantastic and the customer service was excellent. If you're in De pere I would highly recommend a visit to Big Apple Bagels.

The girls were all very nice but the man who i’m assuming is the manager/boss, was not friendly. I didn’t see him smile once. I asked him about an issue I had with a messed up order and he just gave me a disapproving look. This is disappointing as I had great service with all of the girls that work there, they are very kind and helpful. Probably won’t come back unfortunately ?
