ATTENTION!! Great employees! But holy cow this place is a mess. Water dripping from the ceiling right in the order line. They were out of vanilla ice cream, honey BBQ chicken, and garlic parmigiana. That wasn’t specified on the menu. Idk if yall are short staffed but those employees are doing fabulous doing ALL THE JOBS AT THE SAME TIME.

I showed up to the location for a Door Dash pick up at 9:55pm. It being a DD order means that they received the order at least 15 min prior to my arrival. They close at 10pm, so I knew I was cutting it close. When I pulled up I was treated with a polite request to please wait a minute to speak with them. Absolutely! I work with these businesses all the time, so I get it. However, they then proceeded to close the store and walk out, leaving me at the speaker without any interaction. I'm sorry, but since when does "close at 10pm" mean walking out the f-ing door at 10pm? Maybe I'm old school, but when a restaurant says open until 10pm that meant serving people until 10pm and then if anything left for "closing" is left you complete it prior to leaving. Apparently closed at 10pm means you have to order before 9:45pm and don't dare show up 5 minutes before close, cuz they'll have the lobby doors locked and leave you hanging in the drive thru. I could hear them joking and laughing about it s they were walking out the store, pointing at me to their friend in the car who was waiting. Them being notified by DD that I was coming for this pick up tells me they decided to make it their meal for the evening. Stealing from the DD customer and my time and gas, just to be out a few minutes earlier then putting forth humble effort.

This location always SUCKS because the employees like to act like you aren't there. If the drive through is "closed" or not, they let you sit there for more than 10 minutes if that's what it takes for you to drive away. When you're inside, everyone looks at everything BUT you just to not have to service you. Tonight especially prompted me to complain because the hours of course say 10 and at 8:54pm, I get ignored at the counter and hear an employee mumble to herself "we close in 4 minutes." No courtesy to say it to me or acknowledge that I'm there. Just wait it out with ignorance until I walk out. FIX THIS!

I came with my kids for some chill treats. This was my children’s first time visiting DQ. We left happy. Our treats were great! And after noticing a complete lack of interest/enthusiasm from too many workers within the food industry and so many other industries these days. I was impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness from, who I’m assuming was a manager, considering how encouraging he was while interacting with the other Staff. I’ll definitely visit this location again.

Ordered 2 blizzards, sat in line for 25 mins with 2 cars in front of me, got up to the window and I wasn’t even told my total just handed my card to the dude, handed me my 2 blizzards that were wet if he flipped them over they would have splashed everywhere, blizzards came out super watery, paid $10.50 for 2 small blizzards that were 1/10 …. Suggest getting some new employees ?

My husband and I went out for dinner tonight and dined in at this DQ. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the lobby and restroom facilities. There were dead bugs in the window sill next to our booth, all the tables, chairs and booths looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in sometime, we had to wipe our table down with hand sanitizer, the men’s restroom had garbage all over the floor, smudgy mirrors, toilets were gross, also the garbage outside the front door was overflowing. It was just awful and made for a very unpleasant experience. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

The two people working at the drive-thru are terrible I beg you to get a new job it takes you forever to to take my order and you don't listen well ? I'm begging your manager please put someone better on drive-thru

I've been going here for as long as I can remember. Its been the closet DQ with food to me. The food is always fast and good. The ice cream is always good also.Parking: The parking lot is in front of the building. Good parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and there is no stairs so it is wheelchair accessible.

Usually I don’t give negative google reviews but I had to this time. I pulled in the drive through to pick up my online order and there was a sign that the sensor was broken (that’s fine) I was patient for 10 minutes until someone pulled behind me. I started saying, “hello?” and received no response. I pulled into the The drive through window looking for someone. I made eye contact with one of the workers twice and was ignored.I had to go in the restaurant and ask for my order. To which the lady (who looked like she was in charge of the drive through) made my order. I ordered a blizzard with M&Ms and cookie dough and my wife a Carmel shake. With no rush behind or in front of me, it took the workers 15 minutes to complete my order. Didn’t realize that they didn’t add cookie dough to my blizzard and added minimal M&Ms (when I say minimal M&Ms, I got 1/4 of an M&m every 3-4 bites) until I got home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never going to this DQ again.

Don't bother with this DQ. Long waits at the drive thru speaker, long waits in the line, long waits at the drive thru window. When your food comes out, your burger will be cold. Hard pass, never again. I rather wait the long lines at Culver's.
