I have been to a lot of Dunkin’s before, this is one of the best! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Rarely have I had mistakes on my order, and when I have, they are very apologetic and remake it perfectly! Highly recommend this Dunkin!

Ugh! Worst service I have had in a while. Went to the counter to order toast and a coffee. They were busy boxing up a TON of donuts. 2 people were boxing them up. One could have stopped for 2 minutes to take my order, but nope! Sat there awkwardly and waiting for a cashier. After a 10 minute wait they finally took the order. It came out fairly quick, but the waiting was irritating. I don’t know why anyone would get so many donuts from here. They are always dried out and terrible. They taste like they are frozen and just thawed out. I haven’t bought a donut from here in ages because they are just not good.

I frequent the Depere Dunkin often and everyday I get top service. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I like them so much that I brought them a gift bag of Kwik trip gift cards, EOS chapsticks and candy... they do a fantastic job and work hard! Keep up the great work!!
Stopped yesterday afternoon and bought 10 french cruller donuts.They were horrible!Super dry and hard and hardly any glaze for$13.00!!!!Went to Walmart and bought same donuts and they were incredible!!Stay away from this place!First thing I noticed was how disgusting the place was!!!!Filthy!!!!

i go here everyday to get the same coffee and everytime its just different no sugar sometimes no cream sometimes another person coffee i throw it right away sometimes it comes perfect but plz just make the order that the costumer wanted not just any order that comes in mind

If you go here DO NOT get the young girl with long black hair, RIDICULOUSLY long finger nails for working with food and drinks. Totally lacking of a personality. Walked to register, no hi, no nothing. Then kept her head turned away from me when she just dropped the coffee off at counter. No goodbye, have a nice day, nothing. With her personality she's in the wrong business

Its 620 am in the morning and my coffee is lukewarm. I ordered a dark coffee not a cold brew. It tastes like yesterday's coffee warmed up.
Piss Poor Experience. Stood inside for over ten minutes to be greeted with attitude and told that my order was placed for drive thru not inside pick up. Got home and items were missing and all the food was cold. Never will go here again.

I ordered door dash and my driver didn’t bring my drink, no big deal really! I will say though, I am on my fifth day of quarantine being stuck in a small room and I was realllyyy craving that coffee after a week of hell dealing with Covid. My driver was tipped handsomely for deciding to run back and grab the drink and ontop of that, when I called the store to let them know my driver was coming back, I was met with such a kind and sympathetic voice who ended up making me a fresh drink and letting me keep the old one too. Thanks to them both I got my quarantine coffee (and the delicious hashbrowns I was craving) and I am already feeling better?
