Getting food here is a crapshoot. Half the time you don’t get what you order. Like ordering a Big Mac with no lettuce and getting a Big Mac with ONLY lettuce. Or when I ordered a Fish Fillet and they put dill dip on it instead of tartar sauce. Or even simple things like asking for hot mustard and getting honey mustard instead. The level of incompetence lately is astounding. Granted it’s only fast food but seriously, if I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for.
Me and my husband came through drive through tonight. And Michelle Mcbell (think that’s how you spell her last name) was amazing with everything, she even gave me and my husband compliments. Definitely needed her energy at the time of our pick up. Keep up the good work Michelle. Sincerely Veantay and
