We placed an order today last minute after Toppers pizza in De Pere was unable to fulfill our request. Even though we needed about 20 pizzas last minute for a company hand out, Pizza Hut was still able to get it done. I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who was able to get our order done super fast! She even threw in a free extra pizza, which she didn't have to do. Super happy with our experience and will continue to use this business for work handouts. Excellent 10/10

They messed my order and delivery was HORRIBLE. Supposedly get a full refund email call to get it and the person said”No You don’t have any credits.” Then she put me on hold, transferred me and then said I was being rude to get my refund.” Great customer service when I got hung up on.

Have always had good service and food here. Most recently tonight, I'm having trouble with the app (and apparently I'm not the only one, and they are crazy busy). The manager is still letting me redeem the offer even though I can no longer get the app to pull it up. Just got food poisoning from this place. Ordered a stuffed crust sausage right before close and woke up with the worst stomach pain ever it’s going to be a long night never again

Ordered online with the pickup through the drive up in 15min. Left the house with 2 min remaining, pulled up to the drive up window there were other cars in line. Nobody moved for 15-20 min. A car behind me ended up pulling up off to the side and walking in to get their food. Then the car in front of me did the same thing. After 20-25 min in line I followed suit. Ended up that my order just came out of the oven and they needed to box it up yet. If that was the case, my order never made it to the baking stage when I pulled up in the drive up window.

Pizza was delivered quickly, at expected time. Pizzas and dessert were all Hot and fresh tasting. Order was correct and was dropped off carefully and followed delivery instruction.
Do not come to this location. Horrible service! Ordered a meat lovers... zero meat. This is the 2nd time this happened to me and will be the last. Even call them and their reply was "they can't do anything about it."

Got a "meat lovers" melt and this is the 2nd time in a row it came with just cheese. No meat... Called the store and they refused to do anything for me to make it right. The kid/manager on the phone said that seeing as it was a door dash order that he cant prove it was from that store. I replied by saying that it says it came from your store on the receipt. His response: sorry, man. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
