We’ve driven thru here before and the first time wasn’t it too bad. This time was awful. We didn’t go to Culver’s, which is next door, as there were so many cars there. Arby’s only had a couple of customers. First thing I did was go to the ladies restroom and the toilets were pretty bad. I picked the cleanest, which was the handicapped. They had a large garbage can in there for diapers and the bag was just hanging on it, which I thought was strange. We ordered our food and when it came, we went to get catsup. No containers at all. Told a worker on break and she said she’d get some and then didn’t come back, even to politely say, sorry, we are out. We told another worker and she checked all the cupboards and she said, we must be out. My husband got curly fries, hardly any curly ones, mostly just small bits of leftovers. My Rueben was pretty bad, the meat inside was barely warm, ditto for my husbands roast beef. We have an Arby's near our town and they have steady business and the food is always good. Obviously this place has a reputation in their area, so explained why so little in the way of customers. I don’t have any idea if they will make it even if they improve, because most people won’t come back. We will not be coming back at all. They are probably hurting Arby's reputation.

I was pulled forward to wait.They gave my food to someone else who drove away.And returned it.They tried to give me returned food someone drove away with.The girl in the drive thru should spend less time smoking out the drive thru window and more time doing her job.

Wow was the drive through kid a jerk. I pull up and wait for about a minute he says “go ahead” I order my food he said “k, pull forward now” never once told me my total. I pull up to the Window it’s some kid in joggers and and an Edgewood long sleeve. No name tag, no uniform. He tells me my total and slams the window. Hands me my change. Slams the window. Walks away for about 3 minutes to the back. Comes back hands me my food. Says nothing shuts the window. I get good help is hard to find but Culvers doesn’t seem to have an issue with their staff. Maybe this place should take note. After the way he treated me I was concerned my food could’ve been tampered with and I ended up throwing out the food and going over to Culver’s. It’s a shame this place has gone to trash. Won’t be sad to see it go.
