I have been on a one-man crusade AGAINST Burger King for years. They had fallen so far in quality that I refused to attend them. The one in Sun Prairie, where I live, is still one of the worst-run restaurants I've ever been in. However, a buddy wanted to eat BK for lunch today, so I went with him. I have to say, this is the first BK in YEARS that has impressed me. The store was cleaner than any fast-food place I've seen in years. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted like I remember BK tasting years ago, not what I'd been served the last half-dozen times I went to other BKs. Maybe I got lucky. Maybe this trip was a one-time miracle occurrence, and they will disappoint me the next time I go. But, I'm hoping not. I have missed the occasional Whopper, so it was wonderful to actually have one hit the level for them I have in my head. I hope it's a sign of an upswing for BK in general across the board. We all profit when fast-food companies compete by raising quality. But, I've seen such disasters from Burger Kings in the past that I'm withholding judgment on that for now. I'll just accept this win, and give the Deforest BK the praise that is due.

This place really needs supervisor around. I came in with a coupon but come to find out I clipped the wrong coupon. The order taker would not honor what I wanted. All he had to do was mark the correct code on the coupon. But instead I walked out as a disappointed customer. They obviously lack direction at this

We stopped here again last night ordered food after my kids game just after 9pm. We ordered 2 whoppers, fries, nuggets, and drinks. This is the second time that they put 3 small burger patties as a substitute for a whopper patty. You could not even try to eat this CRAP if you wanted to. I tried to call the store no answer. Then I called In the morning asked for the General Manager the man on the phone said he was. I told him what happened and he said okay. Like it is no big deal. We mess up orders every day. Welcome to BURGER KING you can have the way we are going to make it and deal with it. I never got a sorry or refund or anything he said I will let the store manager know. Wait what you said you are the General Manager he got quite when I asked for the corporate number he said I have to go and hung up.

The guy who works in the drive thru sucks. First of all he didn't even greet me and that's like the easiest part of his job. Second when I was given my change this damn near 30 year old had the audacity to throw my change in my hand like I was some peasant. Then lastly, he couldn't even say thank you or you're welcome. I won't be coming back and I hope no one else spends their money here. They can't even train their employees well at customer service

Burger King, hire more help!! We were in this afternoon and Sam was busting as* behind the counter taking orders at the counter inside and the drive thru with 1 woman in the back doing her best to keep up. Sam was working with limited resources/ staff (no whopper patties) and she problem solved as she went, all the while apologizing for the wait and was willing to get all the little extra needs that arose without a bad attitude or pissy response. Give Sam props and a RAISE! When no one wants to work and everyone that is working is working short, she was doing her best to do her job and meet the customers need.

Drive thru ordered a Big King for $4.09..I got one patty, went in to correct the guy made it again with one patty ..the girl had him add the second one...checked it at the car 2 patties with what looks like whopper sauce no pickle no onion..I do not think these guys know what to do here..

Stopped at this Burger King on 8/03/23 about 5/30 pm. We ordered from thecounter.Employee was very courteous and polite. We ordered 2 whoppers, fries, and drinks. Food was brought to our table in a very timely manner, very good temperature, and very good quality. This was probably one of the best trips to any Burger King in a very long time. Restaurant was extremely clean anyone in contact with food had gloves on. We will definitely stop next time traveling this way on the interstate. Keep up the good work!
