Place slaps. Gyro skillet: fire. Pot roast and noodles: fire. Hot burnt diner coffee: keeps you manly. Kind people. Warm pie. These are the places that keep America great. Y’all are the best. (Sorry bout my photo I was hungry)

This is a nice family restaurant. We found it off the freeway, it was worth a short drive. Food was very good. Worth finding.

We go here regularly and really enjoy the breakfast/brunch menu. The corned beef hash is one of our favorites, offered as part of a "Skillet" or a breakfast combo, as well as a side dish add-on. It is well seasoned (using Pleasonings) and flavorful. The pancakes are light, fluffy and flavorful as well. My favorite however is the "Haystack", which is biscuits and say gravy over a bed of crispy hash browns, and two eggs on top of any style. As a tip, for those wanting to lighten up their order that normally incy hash browns are a side, fruit may be substituted for a small charge. The coffee is pretty good, and is refilled plentifully. Service is always friendly, efficient and fast, even when they are busy.Parking: Plenty of free parking adjacent to the front and sides of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking adjacent to a wheelchair accessible ramped sidewalk to the doorway. There are plenty of tables and space to accommodate dining from wheelchairs.

The food used to be so good, they had an all you can eat brosted-chicken and cod that was to die for. And THEN the remodel happened! Gotta pay for it somehow I guess!

Reasonable prices and very good food. Nice family restaurant atmosphere and friendly/respectful staff. Food was a little slow getting to us but they were busy. Check it out when you're in DeForest.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Fantastic service. Pay for your meal at the register up front.

BROASTED CHICKEN - NOT! Advertised Broasted chicken that clearly wasn't broasted (which is a specified method of cooking in a broaster). Chicken was soggy and skin fell off like a wet noodle. Vegetable canned - no flavor.
